2My parents just closed on a home with this builder and there were several things that needed to be fixed, but now that the closing happened they are non responsive. They haven’t had hot water in the bathroom since they moved in last month. Shelves were missing from the closet, and the sink has scratches and stains. They got their money and now they can’t be bothered. My parents are seniors and they have taken advantage of their inability to find recourse. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, as well.
Kaila was the absolute best! She was very attentive and explained the process in detail. She was along for the ride with us the whole time and we felt like she genuinely cared about us. We appreciate her effort and time, and can now call her a friend! I recommend Focus/Maronda Homes for your next brand new home! So grateful for our beautiful home and incredible backyard! Thank you!
