Poinciana Woman's Health Center, Kissimmee FL

I had read reviews prior to making an apt and people also said the same but I always like to give things a try. I am a new patient to this office and the Doctors are amazing but the phone lines are terrible! If you need to cancel, reschedule or call because your a few min late don’t even bother! Never any answer! Been calling for two days and I even left a voice mail and still haven’t heard anything back. Need my prescription sent to another pharmacy and I can’t even get through to them. I would consider maybe getting all prescriptions on paper! Also they are not at this office at the times listed. So good luck showing up to office to try and talk to someone to just see that there closed with business hours saying 8-5 Monday-Friday but clearly that is not correct! Also expect to wait some time for apt. Half the time no one is running on time. Usually don’t do reviews but this office has wasted so much of my time running back and forth and on phone lines it’s just out of control. Something needs to be done.

The patient care in person is great. BUT GOD forbid you need to speak to anyone in the office via phone because they won't answer the phones. They would really benefit from hiring someone just to answer phone calls because the staff will not do it. I had to call over 10 times for anyone to answer this is ridiculous. Communication is a big key to customer satisfaction.

Dr. Stewart had patience and is well knowledgeable. He answered every question I had with no problem. The MA was very nice and sweet.
Only problem I had was the front desk attitude and the fact that I was calling for about an week up until my appointment and never got a call back.

Doctor Denardis is amazing and nurses as well. They made me feel really comfortable and welcome. However, the call center haven't improved at all. Keeps sending me to voicemail. Waiting on the phone is insane.

I was calling as a new patient and I never received a call back. After waiting 5 days I called them. Not the way to run a business. I was very pleased with the doctor I was given, not the one I had an appointment with, which I found strange. All in all I was pretty pleased.

It was terrible, I do not recommend this place in fact I do not recommend any of the women health center

The doctor is great. They had some young physician’s assistant there that gave me my pap, she did well. But I realized a day later she never did my pelvic exam, which is important as well. I thought it was annual as with pap. So just remind them!

Dr. Olivares is amazing. The staff is amazing and friendly. Sometimes the wait is little too long but it’s worth it because of the service you receive. I’ve been going here for 4 years.

I speak both English & Spanish. I do not understand why yo would give me false information over the phone. I understand you either way. I even called before I left my house (for an appointment I had) about the services you provide on my first visit.
To get there. & get the sass from the girl I was talking to, & the woman next to her. You guys better chill the heck out, first of all.
You know you’ll tick people off if you keep telling wrong information to people?
Don’t tell me one thing on the phone (twice) —-under an hour ago. To get there & say I’m only going to talk to the guy.
He can pay me for my time.
I do not recommend.
Get your stuff together guys.

I like the Doctor. I just don’t like the receptionist up front. She’s the blond spanish girl. She’s extremely rude. She makes faces like she don’t want to deal with people. You need someone up there that actually make us feel welcomed. Every time I go up there she looks annoyed. It’s just very unprofessional.

I've been going here for about 5 years. It's close to my house. Plus it's close to Walmart Supercenter, Amscot, Dollar Tree and more stores. There's buses that come here as well.

Best place to go. They are neat, very fast, & friendly. I don’t see why they have bad reviews. They keep you updated on your appointments just in case you forgot. The two times I visited my wait was never over 10 minutes it was in and out. Love it

Longest wait time I have ever experienced. They do not care about they're clients only the money. Not professional at all!

I love that the doctors spend the necessary time with their patients. So many doctors will get you in, spend less than 5 min with you and then walk out. Not here. The doctors and the nurses care about what concerns you have and make sure you understand any procedure or treatment they prescribe before letting you leave. If that means there is a longer wait than you would like to be seen, so be it. As a patient, I understand that great medical care takes time.

Curently I have been waiting 30 minutes for the office to awnser just to make an appointment. Which gave me some spare time to read the review s on this location. Sincerly this waiting time is unesessary. Do not recommend.

Appointment at 10: 40 got there at 10: 30 it's 12: 00 and still haven't been seen. So packed there are no chairs to sit on so waiting while standing and being pregnant is exhausting! They need to schedule better and work more efficiently!

I love it been to all three of there office love the staff & doctor I never wait I'm always seen at my appointment time some times before the doctor is very gentle I hate paps & with him they are not as bad I recommend him to all my friends

They have two offices, so they only have this office open 3 days a week. Wish it was more. There is a bit of a wait but I think its worth it for such great staff. Generally if you make an appointment for the early morning or the last appointment of the day it'll be quick. I love the doctors and the nurses, I wish they were regular family doctors too so I could see them for everything.
