This so-called service is an absolute joke. Do not trust this service for anything. I used it for property taxes and was sent a receipt indicating it was paid. It wasn't. My taxes were not paid, I was charged for a returned check, and they flat lied when confronted. I can't believe our county government would use this worthless service. I should have looked here before I wasted my money. BUYER BEWARE!

Tried to put my bill on auto payment. Selected everything and I even remember the date I agreed to be charged. Why is it when I log back in it’s behind about two months because it never once charged my account due to this incompetent company.
I tried to pay what I needed to but it would only pay the full amount so I did not agree to paying it and called my local utilities. They were working with me on it and I was going in person to pay it.
Why was my card charged the full amount on “auto payment”? I find it appalling they don’t follow through on basic auto payments for two months and cause havoc in our daily lives because of it. Never use this company

Tried to pay property taxes online. Came back as error: code 404. Called customer service but he had trouble looking up my property with the parcel number. Finally pulled it up but still had trouble with their own system and couldn't help me pay.
I went ahead and mailed a check to pay. They charged me $35 for trying to use their online payment method that "failed".
This is a Scam. Their online payment fails and they still charge you a fee for it.

Totally inept company. They said my card was declined and that NEVER happens. I use it almost every day and have never had a problem. They send an email telling you your card was declined with no option of how to proceed or even use a different credit card. I would like to give them zero stars.

These people charge $17.34 to make a water and sewer payment and lake county let's them this is ur only choice vote the politicians out they r screwing us all

I tried to pay my property tax bill using different methods of payment, and I kept getting an error message when I tried the second method. It read that I had already made that payment. I called customer service and the person I spoke with could not help and only wanted my credit card number. It doesn’t inspire confidence. Extremely dissatisfied.
