Amazing! We arrived after 6 months away. The a/c was not working at all. Called Polar Bear early the next morning and they arrived within the hour. It ended up needing a major repair that was covered under warranty. The part was located, another truck delivered the part and they had everything working within 3 hours! Excellent service!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, the are honest and charge way below what the industry competition charges. Your technician Dimitri is fantastic for someone with just a year of experience. He is very friendly and smiles a lot, a great representative for your company. Keep this kid, give him a raise and in time I have no doubt he will be one of your top technicians.

Polar Bear Air saved the day. I experienced a breakdown of my air conditioning equipment and contacted another company that I'd done business with for several years. This company told me that my equipment was not under warranty, although my system was only 6 years old (should have 10 year warranty). While this company was fixing a malfunctioning valve, the compressor failed. The company was quick to quote me another $2800 to replace the compressor. I initially agreed to it, having no other options. Then I contacted Polar Bear Air for a second opinion. Not only did they come out right away to re-assess the situation, but also determined that I did indeed have a warranty that would bring my cost down. Polar Bear Air replaced my compressor and my AC is now ice cold and system is working great. I cannot be more pleased with this outcome and I purchased a maintenance agreement right away. I am part of the Cub Club and will rely on Polar Bear Air for regular service this point forward. Maybe these events happened for a reason and brought me to a better company. Thank you!

I moved in to North Port, and a few months later found out the AC couldn't keep up with hot summer weather. I called Polar Bear, randomly, expecting a hefty emergency service bill. However, Polar Bear told me my system had been under service warranty with them, which I didn't even know of, bought by the previous homeowner. So I didn't have to pay for the service at all, which included gas fill up, then eventually replacement of the evaporator.

They even gave me a copy of the original warranty. Very, very honest people!
