Polish - The Nail Bar, Odessa FL

I looked for a nail salon for so long and finally found this one! It’s so clean and they do amazing work! I always get gel and a design.there prices are very reasonable.highly recommend

I rarely get my nails done, so this was the first time in a long, long time! Highly recommend. They take their time and do a great job. Kind people work here. I'll definitely be going back.

I walked in and was given a tech to do my nails. After she clipped them, she told me that my nails were too short and not healthy enough to polish.
I did get her to put a clear coat on them.
But basically I paid $26 for something that I could have done at home!
I called to see if anyone would make this right. All I heard was I am so sorry.
I am sorry too. I will never go back.
And the one star is for the receptionist.

Amazing experience! Miki did a beautiful festive design on my nails, and a great pedicure. I am a runner, and she did a great job on my calluses. Love this place!

Jimmy did my nails and he did a great job! He was very nice and I will be back to see him again!

Have been here several times and have had a good experience every time. Everything seemed very clean as well.

Edit to Response: Thank you for responding to my experience and the charge on my card. I emailed the email account below almost a week ago now and have still not heard back. The unauthorized charges are still on my credit card. Can someone please correct this situation or contact me? I don’t know what else to do at this point…. I shouldn’t have to pay $154 for my nails when I authorized $67.

Visited polish nail bar when I was in town visiting my sister. Unfortunately my credit card was charged twice for services. It was very strange that I was charged properly for my service with my tip ($67) and then my card was charged again for service, tip, and an additional 20$ even (totaling $87) ? I called the salon when I noticed the double charge on my bank statement. They apologized and took down my information and told me an owner would contact me to discuss. Unfortunately it’s been over a week and I have not heard anything. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the double charge off. Dispute is currently ongoing. I was overall disappointed in the service I received (or didn’t receive you could say) after my experience. I also did gel tips and my nail broke 5 days after service when I was on vacation which was pretty frustrating: (normally dip tips last me a solid 3 weeks

Went at 5: 35p to get a pedicure and the person in charge had sent all the technicians home even though the salon is supposed to be open until 7: 30p

Very pricey and nothing amazing about this place!
Me and my daughter went here for a pedicure and manicure. As soon as we walked in they rushed us to decide on nail colors. It was so uncomfortable, especially after I told the nail tech I was still deciding she continued to hover right over my shoulder and the same thing was happening to my daughter. Liliterally hovering over us to make a decision right away. My daughter went first to get her manicure while I headed over to sit for my pedicure. Not even 10 minutes of me sitting in my chair, my daughter was already finished. I thought that was pretty fast! My pedicure was also done very fast. I've never felt so rushed before. Going here I though we would have had an excellent experience but the nail techs were very rude. The ladies working on our nails did not care. My daughter who is 8 said the lady didn't say one word to her. And when I asked about my massage chair not working the lady just shrugged her shoulders. Overall it's not worth the prices for this experience. We will not be going back. So disappointed.

My best friend suggested this place and I’m so glad I went! I did get some paint on my hand but that’s on me my hands are a bit shaky. The process was really quick and I’m really happy with the results Jen was really nice and her work is amazing definitely will come again in the future!

I had been searching for Tee for a long time! She’s here at Polish - The Nail Bar. I literally made appointments at many different nail shops who had techs named Tee because she had left the original nail shop I had been going to! Took me two years, but I found her here! Tee was awesome then and is still awesome here! The shop is so nice, and so is Shoo Shoo (whom I believe to be the owner). It’s great to be back with Tee again. I don’t have to worry about my nails chipping, breaking, catching threads on my clothing! Ahhhh! So happy I finally found her!

Jen is absolutely amazing, she is forever nail girl. This place is also very clean, they have such a wonderful staff, I always feel so welcome when I’m there. Great selection of colors as well.

Oct 2023- Tee & Thao are the senior nail technician (English service) For the others, bring a picture of what you need, because that's how you will communicate with other technicians. The receptionist Sierra is discourteous and unpleasant. The location us nice.

We have never been treaded so poorly at this salon, they don’t even deserve 1 star. We had appts for 4 pedis, and 4 fills. Lee who did my daughter’s nails did a horrible job. My daughter left before I was finished and sent me a picture saying how bad they looked. We are going on vacation tomorrow and she was embarrassed with how they looked. I asked her to come back and we could see if they could fix them. I showed a picture to the lady at the front, who I learned is the owners mother. She said yes have her come back. When my daughter came back about 5 of them came around her grabbing her hands and speaking loudly in another language. The owners mother again confronted me hounding me about what appts we made. Said they can’t fix they are closed, this was 6: 45…sign on the door says open until 7: 30. Mind you our appts were at 4: 45. I again told her 4 pedis and fills. She said I told her no new sets. And she was correct. After awhile of this we asked them to just take her nails off and give her her money back as my daughter was now terribly embarrassed, other people were on the salon witnessing all of this. Jen then offers to fix them for her. Right before Jen was done the owners mother sits in front of me hounding me again about what appts we made. I asked her why does that matter. She was not happy, Jen kindly offered to fix so I will tip Jen as a thank you. As we walk out Jen followed us and tells me she can’t accept my tip that she has to give it to them to pay for the difference. She then asks me to talk to the owner. As we come back inside the lady from the front counter starts in again. I asked her if what Lee did earlier was quality work and no one answered they just looked at me. Her nails where lumpy, thick and acrylic on her cuticles. All they could focus on is what Jen did to fix and wanted more money. If Lee would have done them good the first time they wouldn’t have to be redone. Then Lee says he asked how she liked them every step of the way, which he didn’t. Yes she should have said she didn’t like them before she left. But some people are not comfortable saying they don’t like what you just did, especially if this is the outcome. Between the 4 of us we had just spent close to $500 today. Basic pedi $32, gel polish, $15 and white line $5 times 3. I had a fill and was charged $3.00 to make them shorter from the grow out…ummm really? We have been coming here for a while and most of the people there are friendly. Sad to say we will never be back. We have a lot of friends and family and they will now go elsewhere as well. Sad to lose at least 8 loyal people because the owners mother is so nasty! Jen thank you, you made my daughter feel better and you did a wonderful job.

I’m so glad I live so close to Polish! I’ve been going here for about a year and ever since I’ve started getting my nails done by Tee, they are healthier than ever before! She is wonderful to work with and is always friendly and willing to help you select the best colors and give you tips on how to keep your nails healthy. Everyone at Polish is nice and they are always able to fit me in. A wonderful, clean place to have a relaxing manicure and pedicure.
