I called and spoke to Araceli she has great customer service and was very helpful researching and providing information that I needed.

Noone ever answers the phones. I'll press the number to connect to a department and it rings and just loops back around to the main menu over and over for all eternity.sometimes you get lucky and someone picks up then they immediately just hang up. Wish I could give less than one star.

I’ve beentrying to call and call multiple times during different days. I can not seem to get ahold of anyone.

Terrible place, terrible service, all around extremely terrible experience. Stayed on the phone for a hour & dropped called as soon as I got to a representative, not the first time. Step your game up Grady not just arresting & killing people who cause small problems compared to the bigger problems people who abide by the law have to deal with. DONT MOVE TO POLK COUNTY.

I tried to call on 08/21/23 and could not get anyone to answer the phone it was a never ending loop call today because it wouldn't let me pay online and it still would not work was charged a fee and was told I should have called yesterday! My husband and I both tried to call and no one answered! That court house sucks and so I got hit was a massive late fee because there stupid phone systems dont work. I have a work scheduled that I was unable to even make it to the court house. So screw the clerk of courts! They suck! And everyone there seems like they hate their hate jobs! I literally asked if they could waive the fee and she went on this long spell of you need to speak with a judge and get on a payment plan like nah I will pay it right now that was not the issue! YOUR PHONES WERE NOT WORKING WAS THE ISSUE BUT GOD FORBID THEY TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THERE SYSTEMS BEING FAULTY! EITHER WAY THEY CAN GO TAKE IT WERE THE SUN DONT SHINE! **** MIDDLE FINGERS ALLDAY LONG****

In my professional opinion as "Time Magazine's" 2006 Person of the Year (shared), I have never felt in more intelligent and capable hands as when Ingrid Pellot handled my payment. Her ease of access to relevant information I needed, and her approach on preventing any situation that may arise during and after processing was very admirable. 11/10

We hear the rumors of how tedious it is to go to court houses to get anything done, and this place cements the unreliability and nuisance that it is to get something so simple accomplished. Came here to drop off a piece of paper and as luck would have it the computers were down for hours. 4 hours and counting.

I’m sure that there is nobody in this world that likes paying court fines.but the customer service (that I have experienced with Alicia Parker) is awesome. She’s always so kind and understanding. She treats you like a real person and goes out of her way to be helpful. Shes a wonderful asset to your company. I feel very fortunate that I’ve had the opportunity to work with her.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. It’s hard trying to get someone on the phone and when you do the representative has a nasty attitude. I can’t tell you one time I actually had a decent conversation with a rep. My rep today Stella was terrible. They really have to do better because this is sad.

Worst I called judge Stacy assistant because I helped I couldn’t make it for my hearing because I have 4 kids 3 toddlers and a 3 months all I call the day before and the day off she didn’t care she didn’t tell me what I need to do my Earing was a Friday the 6 I called her she told me you can’t come to court but with the kids there’s nothing she can do for me I asked if they have zoom what can I do to let the judge I won’t be able to make she wasn’t behind helpful.when I called back on Monday she was like I have a warrant for my arrest when I called another place at the clerk office they told me to write a letter I called the assistant back she was like I told you to do that when she didn’t she talked yo me like she don’t have any care in the world GOD IS WATCHING YALL POLK COUNTY FL SHERIFFS AND CLERF OFFICE
