The woman that attends for the Death Certificate is rude with everyone and not professional at all! She needs to be fired immediately and put someone that has the patient for the costumer.

Don’t come here for birth control. They require you to have a PAP smear before receiving Depo. They refused to administer the shot without having the procedure. There was no choice in this situation other than leaving without my birth control and it was extremely uncomfortable. This was a first time visit and had never even met the doctor. The nurses had no sympathy in my situation and how uncomfortable I was. There was no reassurance or anything. I advise anyone who is on birth control to go anywhere else for it. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a healthcare provider.

Unprofessional, sexist procedures that are not required on a state or federal level for women to receive birth control. The Receptionist and Doctor were aggressive and unsympathetic while demanding a Pap smear to continue a prescription for birth control.

My dear friend sat naked, shivering in a room for 30 minutes and communicated that she was uncomfortable by how the staff was pressuring her into an unnecessary, invasive procedure.

The Staff will demand you treat them with dignity and respect at all times and have a little plaque on the wall asking for your patience as they "may be" short staffed; yet, they have no such decency to reciprocate such behavior.

This establishment should be ashamed to provide young women with such indecent treatment, pressuring them into invasive procedures. I wonder if they would also require a young man to perform a prostate exam before continuing a prescription for male birth control.

Well, loved it was a bit strong. I needed a death certificate.came in, had all the paperwork I needed, paid, and was done in under 20 min. Easy experience!

Horrible person on family planner, The man who is in front check in the patients, treats the parents very badly, he is not friendly, I do not recommend this place to take your children for birth control.

Went to get Dental Work in 2019 and have had nothing but pleasant experiences since. No judgemental speeches about damage, and Vicky and Dr. E are more accommodating than any dentists I've had before.

The Korean lady who works at the front Desk in the immunizations Department is very rude, she has an attitude problem and that’s not the way to be when this is the only place to get shot records

Their lack of professionalism and decent customer service is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of a place so unwilling to help pregnant women receive prenatal care. Do not even bother with this place. Their receptionists are rude, they talk over you and will just put you on hold with no intentions of actually answering your calls or helping you. All I wanted was a first appointment and they literally refused. Even after offering to pay out of pocket (obviously offered out of desperation). I told them I would even take a loan out just to be seen to make sure my baby was okay. When I went into the office they said they would call me back the next day with an appointment, that never ended up being scheduled- and when I called 2 weeks later the receptionist refused to transfer me to prenatal care. Rude. Incompetent. I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I’m pretty sure I’ve logged in at least 7 hours total trying to get ahold of these people with zero solutions. AND this was after informing them that I had fainted and ended up in the hospital a few weeks prior (at my 6 week mark) and was worried about my babies progress. Still didn’t care. Not sure how these people have jobs but I will be reporting this to anyone and everyone I can.

Tried calling for an appointment at 3: 30 for wic and it said they were closed. Not sure if you guys don’t take calls the last few ho it a or if maybe you guys should fix your hours

Unprofessional and immature.they all have lack of worth ethic and morals. -10/10: i wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

Horrible place. They always take way too long. You have to make an appointment just to get a copy of immunization records and then wait an hour just for someone to hand you a piece of paper. There’s no point to having an appointment because you can expect to wait over an hour each time.

Every time I go there there don't see me no problems you must wear your face mask but everything else seems to be okay right now

Recently received my covid vaccine from here. The place is ran like a well oiled machine. The staff were professional and friendly. Thanks for all you do.

Awesome dentist. Was scared my whole life about dentists. If I only knew it didn’t have to be a bad experience long ago. They are so kind and really care about you or any fear you may have. All around a fantastic place with great ppl working there.

They have always been helpful when I have questions. Must be a difficult job to make everyone happy.

We went here for our CV19 inoculation. Although parking was an issue, the actual medical staff was kind, gracious and compassionate. As the now 72 yo son of a graduate RN, I was impressed.

On the downside, think the place could use more funding to accommodate these mass vaccinations. Further, the gentleman in the suit monitoring the intake lines didn't seem to understand social distancing. I don't think he was a medical staffer. He seemed to be a political person and a talker who seemed both out of place and out of sync with the situation.
