Very friendly folks at Polk freightliner and very helpful. Fees are fair timing is fast and very willing to assist in any way they can. Over all very satisfied with my visit to poke freightliner

I had major engine work done at this dealer. All personnel were very friendly and professional. The estimate was right on with the bill. No surprises!
I only wish they had made me aware that there was to be a delay due to parts availability.

We buy there very often but this guy is so rude, not only to us but other people waiting to be help.

Today I walked in there and he was sitting at his station looks at me and I asked him directly "can you help me? And he just rolled his eyes away.then I thought maybe he did not hear me.and he looked at me again and I asked the same question, he just ignored me. This time I confirmed he heard me perfect but decided to ignore me again.

He had done this to other people but just never happened to me directly until today.then the Hispanic guy came to save the day and helped me out.

Was charged 3,000 in labor.not a place for owner operators 120 percent mark up on all parts really outrageous prices for standard work and bad attitudes was quoted 2,700 for a radiator and labor that Fleet Pride has priced at 800 bucks.if you want to set money on fire go to this place.if your truck is towed here they tell the tow truck guy not to put your axle rod back in they have to put 2.67 gasket in and oil and then charge you 217 for labor.lol.the only things missing at this location is a gun! Worst Freightliner experience so far. Freightliner have some good shops this is not one!

One star is to high for them worst shop ever took truck in with a problem n still has same trouble I would burn my truck to the ground before I would use these people again

Was able to get me in quickly for diagnostic. Completed work on time. Friendly people. Very busy shop. Worked with me for after hours pickup. Would make it my choice again.

After spent almost 6000 dollar my truck break down in 3day and still was having the same problem truck was in the shop for two week this place and Tampa did the same thing take you money fix something else that didnt need to be fix you still stock with the same problem went in with 2 problem came out with four

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE! They had my truck for 2 weeks and charged me $1,400 and DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! I brought my truck in because the air compressor was staying on, it needed an alignment and air conditioner recharge/filters replaced. I didn't make it two blocks before I realized that the air compressor was still staying on and if you let go of the wheel the truck would dive off the road to the right. Once I got parked and started using the air conditioner it didn't last an hour before it froze up and I pulled the dash open and discovered the same dirty filters I brought it into the shop with. They literally did nothing except charge me $1,400 to park my truck at the shop for 2 weeks. I've called them repeatedly and no one will return my call. I'll be taking them to court over this but I suggest you save yourself the headache and take your truck ANYWHERE BUT THERE

Tho it took a little bit of time for my company to get it straight they did a good job in repairing what they could on the truck. Jim was very friendly and helpful
