The salesman Ted was very inconsiderate would not follow up and call me back poor sales etiquette a lot more things I could say but don’t feel like taking the time out of my day

Have used Polk tractor for many years for kubota parts. Went to order an implement, given a price and told it would be 2wks. Waited for 4 wks. When I showed up it wasn't even the brand I ordered, but a lighter duty, cheaper made (paid more than quoted) implement. Was so irritated, already waited an extra 2 weeks for something I could have bought off the lot at other places and not had a wait. I doubt I will do any more purchases here.

Yes, this is not my real name and I did not wish to give the names of others that work there either. Not trying to burn anyone, just don't think this is proper way to treat people.

I shopped at several different dealers looking for a tractor. I knew after talking with rob brown i was done looking and ready to buy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

My husband and self went here looking for a zero turn mower. We met with Rob Brown who was a pleasant man as well as very helpful in answering our questions. Needless to say we purchased a mower very happy with the deal made and Rob Brown delivered it to us after he got of work. Very good experience and if looking for a mower this is the place to check out. Thank You

Thanks for your advice! I purchased a Gravely zt x 42 on another dealer, but since I moved recently to this area, after a small talk on warranty bearings on the casters. The service person pointed out I should got a commercial machine instead a residential, and to me to go back where I purchased the machine since they might service it faster.

Friendly people, but don' t know how to pull parts. Live in north Lakeland, approx 25 miles, one way. Told the parts person, what i needed and asked them to pull them, was sending someone to get them. My someone went n got parts, asked for 2 bearings n 2 seals and a qt of hydrostatic fluid. They only sell fluid by gallon. I only got, 1 bearing and no fluid, called them back, they supposedly pulled what i needed again. Sent someone to get parts, again. 50 miles round trip. Well then they sent me 2 gallons of fluid at $25 a pop. Need to train their parts people properly! Asked for discount after all the bull. Ya right! Very dissatisfied with parts people!

My husband goes here for parts for he's gravely mower. People are very friendly and prices are good. He also takes it the for any repair and tune up.

I felt a little out of place at first, I felt as if I was being watched to see if I was going to shoplift. But after being in the store for about 15 minutes a very nice gentleman helped me. He even went online to find what I wanted. I learned how to obtain what I needed myself. I saw a lot of things that I would have came back to purchase, but because of my initial interaction I won't be going back anytime soon.

These guys treat every situation with the utmost priority. Have bent over backwards to help us on several occasions. Their knowledge of their products is unparalleled.
