Pollo Tropical, West Palm Beach FL

I ordered food from the online profile for the wellington location. Used the big blue pick up or delivery buttons on site. Apparently this is for a Postmates app that delivers in 40 minutes, Great! NOOOOOO horrible no delivery in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Called Pollo to get help and they CANNOT help. Why have these options on your listing and not be able to direct your customer, can't even give a number to contact. This reflects on you Pollo Shame on you! BTW this was an order for 10 people I will be getting my $ back on my Credit card!

One of the employees need to walk across the street to see how Chick-Fil-A treats its customers. I was talked back by this employee for just asking a question. Employees like this individual are reasons why I just rather eat at home.

The guy working on the windows service always have bad service and unwillingness to help the customer his name is Erick

There were a few tables open for dining in. The service was fairly fast and the food was prepared well and tasty. This location has a large dining room, bigger than others I've seen.great for social distancing.

I bought what I thought was going to be Guava Rid meal, but to my disappointment it was rid bones no meat covered.with BBQ Guava Suace. I am try to call no one is answering the phone so tomorrow I will have to return the bones. I am very upset over having spent my money for something I can't enjoy. Poor service! And no one answering the phone also mean you are taking any order. Once again Poor service!

The best part about Pollo Tropical is that the food is the same no matter which location you visit. I love the fried yuca. You can't go wrong with the 1/4 chicken with rice and beans, either. Pollo offers a variety of sauces ranging from garlic cilantro to spicy poyo poyo. The chicken is consistently juicy, including the white meat. This is one of the best fast food restaurants in existence, in my opinion. Much better than a deflated cheeseburger and greasy fries.

The store in royal palm beach and Southern is the best. The black bean is perfect not watery like the other stores and the chicken is well done and crispy, please keep up the good work.

Lines are always long and we usually have to go back in because they get the order wrong EVERY TIME. My wife and I love Pollo Tropical, but this one sucks. We drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different one.

Tried this place again tonight because my wife just wanted a bowl of soup. I got in line at 8: 19 and didn’t get my food until 8: 45. And I had to let the person working know that my soup was sitting on the counter waiting for me. No idea how this place is still in business.

Absolutely disgusting inside.so the drive through was extremely over flowed so my mother and I decided since there weren’t many people inside we’d just go inside and get our food Togo, while standing in line. NO LIE 3-5 German cockroaches run across the floor near the island is for you to get your condiments. If they are that infested in the dining room I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. Will be reporting to the health department as well!

You could literally go to a steakhouse on a Friday night when it's completely packed and finish your meal before you get your food at this pollo tropical.

A busy place each time I go there for tropi-chop, which is white rice, chicken and beans with their absolutely delicious cilantro sauce or their fabulous Caribbean soup. Worth the wait. I went 3 days ago and their fryer wasn't working so no fried food but because they had other great dishes no one complained they just changed their order.

Service is a big problem here. Food is average. Condiments are always lacking. Cleanliness in dining area is hit or miss as well. Need more staff and better operational assistance.

This is the worst place to eat! Service is slow and the employees are unprofessional, immature and rude. One particular employee, Alexia was screaming into the mic and laughing while taking my order. She then screamed out, "Oh My God, " and ask me to repeat my order over and over again. It was so bad that the manager had to come out and assist me with my order. This is the last time I am spending my money at Pollo Tropical and we could thank Alexia for that! Avoid this place if you can!

I bought a chicken platter via the drive-thru and it was so fast I hardly got a chance to take my wallet out. It's probably the fastest service I have ever had at a Pollo Tropical. What was even more amazing is that by the time I got home the food was still too hot to handle. This will definitely be my go-to place when I want some good Island food. Everything was delicious with a capital D.

This is the worst Pollo Tropical location. The place always smells funny. They close the sauce nar before 9pm even though they close at 12am. The beans are normally watery, the chicken burned or undercooked.
This is based on multiples visits. Is the closet to my home and most times I end up going to others further away.

I enjoyed it as a family experience. I don’t enjoy chicken, but my family does. My food was cold, but I enjoyed a nice, cold, Coca Cola

Again! Waiting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes just to place the order then waiting another 15 minutes just to pick up the order! Nobody's in the surrounding parking lot this is the worst location to come to

Stopped here for lunch the chicken was on point idk who the cook but from my visit he was going on and beyond his job duty guess they were short of help. Give dem a raise.they keep it together even while short staffed.
