Pollo Tropical, Miami FL

This is one of my favorite Pollo Tropical’s. That food and service have gotten better and the staff is great.

Suppose to be open 10: 30 keeps turning people away from the drive Thur line. Not prepared on time. Have attitude about it.

Always check your order before you leave. All of my fries were burnt and hard as rocks. I cant believe they thought those were edible. Complete waste of money. Also theres always a shortage on pollo bites. Im never going back.

The chicken was burned and taste bitter.when I complained in the drive thru the lady said"aint no more". It was terrible No sauces either.finally had to leave my house again and go get my family Taco Bell.

I places an online order today, and when i went to pick it up at the drive thur they say they couldn't find it and wouldn't let me replace the order at the window. I had to wait and extra 30 mins after waiting an hour! And by the time i got to the window the manager Andera said there was no sauces or yellow rice for my order

Too many people are asking for money inside dinner room (they don't look homeless), it's uncomfortable. Long wait, sauce are inside, so most of the time needs to wait for staff to get it while they are really busy because 10 or more people waiting for their order, THE MOST INCONVENIENT POLLO TROPICAL EVER.

I came to this location at 11 pm and was told by the manager Andrea that they had no chicken no veggies no sides, no soup, she said that all she could give me was white rice and beans, that's just poor business, simply sad.go to another location, this happens way too often in this location

Worst Pollo I’ve ever been, 0 customer service No salsa Island, this place should close in order to serve the community

Don't get hungry and never go to this place, you will be disapointment.
Orders come upside down and the staff people seems don't know what they doing. The cashier always stuck and make holding line.

I just left Your drive through, bought a quesadilla salad, and no dressing added. Please make sure the order is complete. Now I have to drive back another 10 minutes. Bad business.

They don't know what they are doing they sell stuff and after that they said we don't have it anymore because they don't want to cook it management excuse was everyone is new they been there for awhile I will prefer to go far away to another pollo tropical than this one

I went to this restaurant in I brought the plater the Rice was very dry and hard the beans was not even season the chicken tasted very nasty I order corn with my order and I got no corn Place was very dirty in the back I will not be going back to this restaurant

The worse managed pollo every one lost and took for ever to get chicken is this not a chicken place

Worst Service ever forgot to put rice and didn’t put enough rice in my other food for my boyfriend he barely had any rice then when I correct her she said it not on the receipt and I told her yea because your cashier didn’t put it she didn’t even repeat my over to me to see if everything was right they don’t even speak English
