15There’s always a customer service problem at this location. Two customers in line had no masks. One employee wore her mask below her nose. I got home to find that my Grilled chicken sandwich was packaged as a Fried chicken sandwich. (It tasted good but it was not as healthy as I wanted.) It’s a shame because it has so much potential.
Not even rating the food or customer service but the WiFi is impressive which you just don’t find in Miami
I used to love this pollo tropical a lot, but Not anymore. I went today and got a mojo roast pork and the sizes were super small. I also asked for yuca frita and there was a mixed of yucas fritas and French fries burned. I won’t return to this pollo tropical anymore.
My experience today was very bad since when I made the order for the drive through the young man named Jose, who did not understand what I was asking, and in a very disrespectful way told me to speak better in Spanish when passing by my order.pay at the window I made the employee see that they had been very rude to attend me to which he replied that with a burlesque way he moaned because according to him I did not speak English, to which I told him to call the manager and he said that he was listening and that at no time he had treated me badly and that he did not have to put up with me if I had problems. It is a real shame to meet people who mistreat you just because they have had a bad day or they do not like their work: The only reason I go to this place is because they have the best taste in their food but with Today's attention I recommend that you value the client more
Don’t order the dessert. They serve it hard rock frozen. Double check you food in the drive thru. Wait 30 min for the wrong order given and another 20-25 minutes inside for them to correct the order.
Real grilled chicken. Language barrier, order wasn't placed correctly and even after bringing to attention they didn't try to correct. If they have an app I suggest using it to place orders. Food is good.
It is what it is. A fast food joint. The guy at the cash desk made it quite clear he didn't want to be there which was not a good start, but the food was good and very reasonably priced.
Delicious food, definitely worth the price! Taste just like how my (hispanic) mom made it. Oh! Plus they've gone environmentally clean-er and have vegan options now. Worth a try next time you pass by
Today’s Sunday I went to order a big order and I dined in but I decided to take it to go by the time I got home it was the wrong order so upset they do not know how to handle things they do not clean their counters where the food is I think the health department needs to check them I took pictures so it’s just horrible to see I know the Corporate is pretty good at handling things but some of the places run things very bad like the one from Dadeland also terrible I know there’s new owners you guys got to keep on top of things.
Employees don't wash their hands, yuck. I took my son to the bathroom, as we were going in an employee was leaving the stall, walked right past the sink. When my son tried to wash his hands, there was no soap. We asked another employee who said there was never soap. We asked for a manager and told him there was no soap in the bathroom. The manager apologized, but instead of going to get soap, he just went back to the kitchen.
They refuse to give you glass of water

Been assisting the last five years to this place and never have had any experience like this one

Management has to correct this as soon as possible before they get more complains like this and loose more customers
Was a pick-up order via their app. After waiting for 15 minutes PAST the "order ready" time provided, turns out no one had even begun the order. Who knows how long they'd have taken if I hadn't spoken up? Finally, when our order was ready, I peeked in the bag and there were items missing. At least they were nice.
Water is served in a paper cone. It's impossible to eat and hold the cone at the same time. It's a shame. Bring the plastic cups for water back. Don't be so cheap. I feel the manager rosmany treated me with contempt. Not good. Food was good but chicken cold.
Actually 3.5 stars. Food was tasty but if you go in to dine request that they turn the fan in your area on low. Because your food will definitely get cold. FAST! The salsas and everything was stocked and fresh. Employees were just there, not happy just there.
