9This restaurant chain is hit and miss. The order came outwrong, the chicken was raw and I suggest that you go to the one on biscayne and 29th I usually give places the benefit of the doubt. After 3 times of consistent errors, ill drive the extra five minutes to the pollo on biscayne and 29th.
Out of boneless chicken breasts. No problem! We got the breasts bone-in, still delicious! However, the rice was overcooked, therefore mush. And the sweet plantains, which come with a surcharge, overcooked, therefore.near charcoal, and inedible. Disappointed.
Edit: Pollo Tropical attempted to reach out, but essentially just ignored me after them playing pretend publicly. Laughable!

I visit every once in a while and the food is always great! The area looks clean and the customer service is decent. Overall, its a good experience.
When I order take out they never put the fried yucca, but if they charge it, this has happened to me 3 times, very bad service, I do not recommend it
