Pollo Tropical, Miami FL

The food was OK, not as tasty as it looked it the photos though. The main problem for me was the staff; it felt like they all really hate their jobs. I ordered something that was literally in the photo behind the cashier and he looked at me like I had 2 heads, like he had no idea what I was talking about. Then when the order came they had missed the peppers and the sauce, 2 of the 4 components of the bowl I ordered, they had just given me a sad looking bowl with some rice and dry chicken, and I had to ask 3 people to get the missing ingredients, no one cared.

The food good.the service OmG! The entire time the cashier was on a private call.and got annoyed by our presence.

Terrible service, I live close by and go here often, EVERYTIME they make a mistake or forget to give me what I pad for, I’ve tried calling to talk to manager they said the regional manger would call me, but know one called. Yet I continue to return and they continue to make mistakes. Not any more, pollo tropical lost a customer, and maybe gained a competitor.

Well guys, is great to have meals that is affordable for anyone, I wished could be a little more portion, because sometime belly cry out for more, it get very crowed at lunch time, I cannt imaging when it gets at dinner time, would be nice if they get staff so it can get a little be faster, in busy places, need faster way to have people that need where the lower space, so you could put extra hand on the lower space, the demand is high, thanks alot.

I always come to this one. The workers could use some help with customer service because they tend to let the lunch rush overpower their customer service but it's ok.

Our order took over 15 minutes to receive. When we did get it, they put it on a tray instead of a to-go bag like we asked. My chicken was unfortunately very dry and my fried yuca nuggets were cold and as hard as a rock. My worst pollo experiences are typically at this location.

Super low service, no snapkin, they confused the orders, dirty tables, unprofessional service and staff, after being waiting for an hour to have a cesar salad they told me that they didn’t have lettuces I definitely will never come back here (Joanna, she is the worst ever)

The customer service was awesome and the place was cleaner than most of the pollo topicals out there.

Got the chicken, ribs, &pork dinner.absolutely wonderful. I ended with leftovers.delicious.staff really nice. Thank you

Had a very bad late night experience. Not satisfied with the food as it was very dry and just tasted old. Expected food to continue to be fresh as experiences had in the day time.

Very disappointed with this administration I have been buying in this location for many years but lately the chicken is not well cooked or didn't look recently cooked and now I went today and giving less portions of boil yuca in a tany container the same one to put it in the sauce on the side, when I saw that I can't even believe that! And of course for the same price, very disappointed hopefully change this administration in this location.

The drive through is horrible, not to much parking, the best food are the pork, black beans, fried bananas, yuca. The chicken was salty and dry.

Great place for an affordable family meal.whether you dine in or take out the portions are always good

When I was for the first time to pollos tropical I was very happy excellent food DiLisio’s I’m going almost every day very nice staff very friendly And the most important Very clean restaurant thank you

Excellent sauce bar. Always coming up with new ideas for their menu. The house hot sauce is absolutely awesome. The best

It is what it is. It is always popular and busy, but expect them to be out of 1/3 of the menu. Also expect that your order will be wrong. Also, be sure that you get all the sauce that you ask for. Be prepared for a long line. All that being said, its grilled chicken and ribs, and its better than going to McDonalds or Burger King or some other QSR that you know is serving poison to your body.

Chicken dry. Ran out. Of tortillas, fries, Yucca fries, all wraps except one. Which was horrible. Don't go to this pollo tropical.

Let me just start off by saying I'm a regular here at this Pollo Tropical location. Every time I'm greeted by Michael I'm blown away by his amazing customer service. This is an employee that truly cares for his job good job Michael!
