I know this restaurant at least 20 years ago, it is a good taste of chicken and its I think organic chicken, but they raised prices a lot! Very small, sweet plantains. Too much fryed, sometimes give it so burn but the beans and rice still

This bowl was pretty good the combo of pork and chicken was a good option. Yuca bites were good too.

Too many mistakes. First they gave something I didn’t request. Second the chicken was burnt Then they didn’t give me the two rolls that I purchased separately. The part that bothers me the most is how can they give me burnt chicken! I wish I could post a picture

This place needs to get new management all around need employees with actual customer service skills who want to work, you go there it's like such a negative feel.it's the worst, the Dominican lady you can tell she hates her job. This is my 3rd time going there and normally I go to the one miller dr but this one is close to my house, i like to give restaurants a second and even a third chance in this case but they lost a customer and honestly this restuarant I can tell is doing bad, the drive thru is always held up not because of demand but because they are just slow and dont care about a line and accommodating customer efficiently, the food when I actually have gotten it, because today apparently at 4pm there was no more chicken breast? It doesn't taste good at all, my son last time even told me don't go to this one let's go to the other one better. Fernando I was told was the manager but jo where to be found. If I could give it a zero star I would. Hands down one of the worst ran establishments for pollo tropical and it's a shame because the other restaurants are good. Very poor representation, I recommend the one on Miller dr.

I went there for dinner, i asked for salad, chicken, yuca and key lime pie. The yuca was bad taste like sour, they dont put dresser on salad, key lime pie was old. Terrible

They try to over charge people so be careful and look at the prices, they're also known for serving old and hard chicken

Walked into the dining room and to the cash register. Lady yells ‘drive through only’. Why is the door not locked or a sign put on the door stating that? Next, I jump into the long drive thru line and very pleasantly ordered my meal knowing the power a food service employee has. As I begin to ask for the sauces I love to POUR on my food, the person taking my order snaps back and says I have to request the sauces at the pickup window. Upon reaching the window and receiving my order, I ask for the sauces and the person at the window points to a sign (so they can make signs) stating that due to shortages of cups, no sauces would be available. I politely asked the person why I wasn’t told this as I ordered. I would have cancelled my order or asked that the sauces/jalapeños be added directly on top of my food. I received no response, the window person just turned around and ignored me. I sat there for a minute thinking she was thinking of a solution (maybe pour the sauce in a water cup or otherwise but she just continued to provide me a view of the back of her. This is not the first poor experience with this location. I’ll be taking my business to chicken kitchen.

I went last night November 3 2021 and as I ordered at 9: 40 half the menu was missing I basically ate what they gave me and the food was cold the desert was frozen almost like they went to the freezer and handed the desert straight from the freezer and today I woke up throwing up not feeling well honestly be careful and triple check ur order because this is the 3rd time for me

So I ordered through Uber eats ceasar salad it came without dressing, yuca bites with cilantro sauce and again no cilantro sauce, no red sauce! They filled the frijoles bucket half full!

I went inside to pick up an order for doordash when I realize that the cashier was prepared to order for the customer if you pay attention to the countertop you will see a piece of chicken there the countertop was so disgusting I had to say something so he decided to make the order all over again. So I went back today at 7: 38 to pick up an another order so the manager refuse to assist me because I confronted his cashier earlier today. They need to fire everyone inside the store
