This branch never completes any of our orders.beans, plantains, sauces, always missing from our meals. So disappointing.

This location sold me chicken with hair strings in the skin. That’s so nasty somebody didn’t wash their hands or wear a hair bonnet. So NASTY!

Fast service. Clean environment where employees are compliant with wearing a mask. Good is great

My family love the taste of meals at rhis place, like homemade, oir favorite the tropibowl, all veggies, yellow rice and steak

I rarely write reviews but How is it possible to be in the drive through for 30 plus minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of me!? Every time I come here it’s like this. Wouldn’t choose this one if I were you.

Very bad customer service. I returned an order, the food smelled bad.after waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru. Went home and came back. The staff was just laughing with each other in the back while making me wait more time. Very Bad staff!

Drive thru is slow. My family prefers dark meat, but no matter when or what time I go to place an order, they always tell me that I cannot have all dark meat. So, basically they want me to buy something that my family will not enjoy, while when I go inside, I see that there are plenty dark meat on the grill cooking and also ready to be served. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This place has no customer service zero for the service they are always making mistake when you asked for dark meat they given you white meat.

If I could give a zero star then I would. I've been here in the Drive-Thru now for almost 30 minutes. When I finally get up to place my order they still managed to get my order wrong after 30 minutes going on 45 minutes in the line. I would have left but unfortunately there's no room for my car to leave. This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to and I grew up in a third world country

I was getting stressed out with the amount of orders that still hadn’t been made flashing red on the screen inside the lobby. I was in a number of 12 guests waiting on an order. Employees were yelling at each other about getting orders wrong and customers were asking for refunds. It was just super chaotic inside and the manager couldn’t get a grip on the flow of business or seem to contain the situation of unhappy customers. I waited in the lobby for 30 mins before my order was made! If I were seated at a restaurant this would’ve been totally normal but not at a fast food chain. They were just getting complaint after complaint. Have enough staff working for rush hour because that was crazy and unnecessary ana is just a really horrible impression of Pollo Tropical. Despite all this, I will say my order was hot, fresh, and correct.

Horrible location. Workers are terrible and slow. I love pollo but I would prefer eat anything else instead of coming in this location.

This location is a complete joke. No one knows what is going on. The MANAGER (term used very lightly) asked me 2 times what I ordered and still forgot my sandwich. While waiting for my 2 salads (15 minutes mind you) a guy from drive thru came in and said, " I have been waiting 10 minutes! Where is my food? " The drive thru employee says, "I have no knowledge of you being told to pull around and wait? ! " To which the customer replies, "what do you mean you have no knowledge. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO GO AROUND! " What a joke over there.

I have given this place many times to correct issues, Zero attempts have been made by the staff.
From raw food 2 years ago, to missing stuff when ordering in the Drive-thru and being told they gave it to you.
And this latest one tonight, 35 mins stuck in the Drive-thru finally get to the window for food and the 3 people at the window NONE greeted us just sat there.
Thats when we decided to cancel the order and go to McDonald's

I feel extra played. My choppy chop was chopped in half. Basically bo meat. They chopped up bit pieces and gave to me of a piece of fried chicken. Smh. Thats wrong. Please do better. A long wait in the line for this? I thought more chicken was under but under where?

The people who work here seem to actually put an effort. Even if it’s not at the level of what I would like, it’s important to recognize effort where you see it. I hope the management of this place believes that too. Shoutout to the Spanish kid with the eyebrows who helped me pick up my catering order

Was busy. Ordered curbside but had to pick it up 30 mins later than selected. Called when I got there and was told out of bread. Asked to put it in a wrap, and told it would take 5 minutes. Waited 10 but still no one came it. Walked inside and just happened to look at the Mobile pick up orders. Sadly it was cold, but it was on bread.
