Fast drive thru, fresh food. Order was correct & no missing items. Customer service at drive thru was sweet. Will be back!

Was 6: 30 pm, store was a mess. Ordered a classic cuban sandwich, it was served to me without pickles. Mash potatoes and gravy, had very little gravy. Usually it is one of the better cuban sandwiches in the area.

I miss the sauce bar. Having to ask the employees who are running around like crazy for any sauce is near impossible not to mention they only give you one or two even if you have a huge order. New fry's are excellent and that mango tea is delicious

Great food! But I think there's a bit more organization needed from things I've seen and experienced personally

We had a large order. They completely forgot a meal to the point we had to share our food with a coworker to make sure they also had something to eat. No one had time to go back and we have tried to call, left a message, no return call. Very disappointing.

All the tables are dirty and when asked if we could get a clean table we were ignored. Food was so so. Not very fresh. The plantains were burn. Staff was not friendly at all. It's a shame that Pollo Tropical has gone down hill.

Everything was burned and hard, it was close to closing, so I went a second time to let them fix it and food was exactly the same.

On 26 August around 10: 30 while we were getting our meal two cashiers at the drive-through we’re complaining on how annoying customers are at this hour getting family meals
They said it out loud for us to here even though we didn’t order any family meals we are still customers and we can only imagine how they handle peoples food

Worst chicken taste and worst service ever also chicken sas dry and no taste. (no Covi) also chicken soup no chicken either.good to know I will not visit that place again.

Went to two different places. One didn't have pork for Cuban sandwiches (whaaat?) then left for another store down the Parkway and the second didn't have pickles. Still bought the sandwiches but went home to added the pickles. Very inconvenient for customers. Don't you think? So I spent extra by going to Burgerfi. Next time I will think twice about going elsewhere before going to PolloT.

Bad service, I placed my order online, it was supposed to be ready at 9: 08 pm I got there at 9: 25 pm no one even got started working on my order, They only had 3 orders ahead of me inside and 4 cars at the drive thru but the employees were so slow, the leader in charge acknowledged me and told one of the employees to hurry up and work on my order but He did not care and continue to do something else. I got my order around 10 pm. So much for trying to save time ordering online and to make matters worse They forgot a side, double, triple check your bag before leaving.

White rice was too sticky, beans had no flavor and the same for the crispy chicken. Cilantro garlic sauce was ok. Ran out of bottled water.

Pretty Good. Busy with a lot of onlines. The Mango habeniro chicken and pulled pork duo was excellent. Chicken was kinda small. Reminded me of a kids size portion but plenty of pulled pork. Sauces really delicious, Cilantro garlic and the pineapple rum.

Filthy restaurant. Tables never get cleaned. We had to ask twice. Wait staff are rude. Food is typical fast food. It was ok. Will not return to this location.
