Hey, just a reminder. Pollo tropical's juice, smoothie, and food is the best. People like to have fancy food nowadays especially chicken haha

Whenever I buy there and I get home something is missing. ALWAYS! Im tired of the same thing. Who is the manager of the restaurant to get her batteries! What a lack of respect

Awful. It's been a few years since I've been and it is very different. No sauce bar, you have to wait in line to ask them to refill your drink and the food was disappointing.

I've ordered from here twice on Uber Eats and both times the food was delicious and the portions were huge. The churasco steak is great and the tropichop bowls are delicious. I ordered the fire grilled chicken tonight with rice and beans and one side for $10. I love a great value, and their sauces are so delicious. Overall, this place has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to you if you haven't tried it.

30 minute wait on chicken at a chicken joint…. Also little disappointing a small tropichop with drink costs $11.50 now.

The Cuban was great, even for a fast food place. Order took a very long time for just a sandwich. Price is about what you would expect anymore.

Firs and last time I eat here. I’m sorry but the food is so bad. They don’t even know how to make a good rice. Por el nombre pensamos que era comida latina.

Food sucks. The cashier clueless. The only one keeping this place up, was the little cubana girl. She was running the show and helping all the employees and customers

Horrible wait time. Very poor staff attitude regarding wait, and food préparation. Lots of people getting refund instead of waiting. Not recommend!

Not much to say about this visit except that they need to teach the girl upfront when working the register, work the register, not walk the whole kitchen to get attention. (She knows). She would ring one person up then walk around the kitchen yapping. Meanwhile the line is getting longer. Two I know it's lunch time and everybody's in a rush but don't try to pass off old dried chicken in my Tropi-chop just to get me out of your way. Dinning room was dirty. Come on Pollo Tropical you use be so much better.

Three stars because the food tasted good; however, my order was missing my drink and an avocado side, which I paid for and did not receive in my order. In addition to this, my delivery person told me that the store staff was not very friendly!

Horrible drive Thur crew employee not even clear on items within the menu not only never having crispy chicken my food looks like a garbage bowl.

We liked the attention and the chicken felt soft and delicious, nothing to do with the tropical chicken at 1001 WP Ball blvd in Sanford FL. I recommend this place.

Food tasted fine, chicken was a bit dry. But we did come in 20 minutes before closing. Plantains were hot and delicious.
Bathroom smelled bad and lots of small winged bugs on the walls.
Didn't get sick after eating so thats a plus.

Tables broken, no sauce on floor, no pork at all, register person needs to speak up, every table gross, no paper towels so you can wipe tables

I come here a lot and honestly the staff is very kind and polite and caring when it comes to serving customers. Even though they have a very angry looking approach at times they’re not like that at all. I wish sauces and drinks were easily accessible instead of stopping the staff to get us refills and sauce besides that it’s an awesome pollo!

If I could give it a zero, I would. The employees I encountered tonight were TRASH! Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered. Pulled up to the window and was basically ignored until I blew the horn. Employees had an attitude. Manager’s attitude was worse. They had the audacity to ask me to drive around and go back to drive thru to place my order because they can’t take it at the window. Then refused to give me their names when I advised them that I was NOT going to spin the block and go back thru drive thru but instead would be calling corporate. Disgusting how they treat their customers. 0 out of 5.

Delicious food. I ordered the half chicken patter (if I remember the name correctly). I also asked for a side of Mac and cheese as well. This was also delicious. Friendly staff as well.
