Rude, horrible service. Customer service worse i have seen. The mangers need to re-evaluate their staff and retrain them or hire people that actually want to work

The coconut shrimp was delicious. The cashier only stared at my lunch partner when asked a question more than once. She was non-responsive throughout the complete order.

I personally really like this PT a lot. It’s menu is fairly extensive and it’s a great place to acquire family meals which I think is its best mark.

Very poor service, the staff is not friendly, the food is very expensive for the small quantity, 13 dollars plus taxes…. Very expensive for so little food. The chicken, which is their specialty, is very dry and tasteless.

The worst tropical chicken I have ever visited, they have very bad customer service, they treated me super badly for the mere fact that I don't speak English, they are racists. Everyone who works there is brown and how. I am white and I do not speak English, they discriminated against me.

It was alright. They used to be a lot better, or maybe this was a mediocre location. I got a salad, all the toppings were on the bottom and the chicken was charred (not grilled). Young lady tending to the window had attitude too. Little disappointed, I usually love coming here: (

I am a Pollo Tropical fan and usually go to a different location. Today's experience at this location wast good. The sides were cold, the orders were wrong and took 3 attemps to get corrected. Paid for bottled water and avocado didnt get. Had to go back to get sauces, lids, take home boxes and a bag. The Counter staff wasn't pleasant about it. I will go to Pollo Tropical again because I like the food and service from another location.

Ordered a 1/4 pc of chicken.so dry and obviously old.

My daughters coconut shrimp bowl didn't look as appetizing as the picture,

I ordered a family duo meal today for pickup and they forgot to include my bread and my plantains. There is literally always something missing from my takeout orders. And a lot of the time they are out of chimi churri sauce, which isn’t the biggest inconvenience but was still disappointing.

Time and time again my vegan a** shows up here around 10 when everything else is closed, hoping they can feed me the very basic and OnLY menu item that is vegan. And they tell me they can’t do it, and I tell them well thanks for nothing I guess I’ll starve. It’s kind of horrible.

This restaurant is not that good the service was poor and very slow I couldn't get my food the way I wanted to because they were relentless to give me afresh chicken

This specific store tends to ALWAYS forget something. One time I had a big order for a gathering I was doing and when the order was delivered they did not give me a single dipping sauce! And some of the wraps BARELY had any chicken in them. I went on the website and left a note to corporate and I did not get a single reply or apology. The top people of the company to the everyday workers are equally as bad.

Why are we not talking about Pollo Tropical's chicken sandwich? Come on America, what's wrong with you? This is the best chicken sandwich I have had in my life. Screw Popeyes greasy tasteless chicken. Pollo Tropical sandwich is the Latin version of a chicken parm (without the marinara). Omg! So thin, so crispy, so tasteful. Go Pollo! #respect

One of the best pollo tropical locations food wise, but if doing takeout, make sure to check your bag as they get busy and mess up orders from time to time.

During a rainstorm the employee refused to take my order telling me to go back around to the window without an overhang and order in the rain.

The chicken was dry and the service was terrible, waiting for my food i could see that nobody works together as a team and nobody takes any initiative to make things better, the people rather just stand around even though they see the place crumbling before them.
Its sad to see that nobody cares.

None of the employees ever smile. I get it- they are probably paid badly and they make sure they let you know they don't care. I like this place because I am a body builder and this suits my diet. Last night, I bought a half-chicken combo. When I got home, there was no sides or roll. I drove my happy self 2 miles back to the place, and they seemed irritated at me for asking for my sides. Of course, no apology. Nothing. I went back today for my bodybuilder special. I asked for yellow rice and beans and BBQ sauce. I got white rice and no BBQ sauce. These people don't care and it really shows. Pay them more or fire them.

The food is great, but they will ALWAYS screw something up on your order. If it’s not giving you a small bowl when you ordered a large (and paid for it) then it’s not giving you any toppings or forgetting an item altogether.

I've been coming to Pollo Tropical for years, and this one is the best location, specifically. There have only been a few times in which my order has been messed up, but it has never been completely wrong. The employees are always kind and use their manners. I especially like this restaurant becausr their food options, like my favorite, rice and beans, are generally healthy and inexpensive. I would highly recommend Pollo Tropical and this location, especially, as it is very convenient and fulfilling.

The food is good but don't bother going after 7: 00 p.m. Because by then they'll run out of chicken already. I really don't understand how a place called Pollo can run out of chicken
