Pollo Tropical reviews
15Awful, guy took my order wrong. I asked him to just checking asked him to just charged me the difference, and be knew th as TV he had taken the initial order wrong. The woman providing the order wasn't much help either, the manager, no customer service skills at all. The food, awful. Very skimpy on what they serve.
I have NEVER been to a establishment that I had to use my phone to translate what I wanted to order because the person didn't speak ENGLISH! Do better POLLO TROPICAL do BETTER!
Kevyn is amazing! He remembers that I come after the gym, and what I usually order. He is kind, thoughtful, respectful. They ran out of sweet tea, and he gave me tea with sugar packets. He is a stellar person who makes it a pleasure to come to this delicious restaurant. I love the vegan picadillo and tea, as much as I love the marvelous service. They always get your order right. This is my favorite spot in Miami, thanks to Kevyn and your other amazing staff!
This Pollo tropical looks very clean and organized, food is delicious and gets served efficiently
Love Pollo tropical always excelent customer service and the food is delicious with many options to choose.
The food is in poor condition I bought a chicken quesadilla Wrap when I ate it I felt the meat hard and dark in color but at that moment I didn't pay attention to it now I'm at home and I don't leave the bathroom with a stomach ache diarrhea and the urge to vomit I don't think I'll ever eat a quesadilla Wrap at least tropical chicken again and I won't come back to this place anymore
According to my opinion, the last 7 years. It's unfortunate how this food chain has lost quality both in its food and for me the worst customer service the last 3 times has not been a good experience.regards
I waited at the intercom in the drive thru but had to wait for someone to speak English which held up the 6 other cars behind me. I paid for yuca bites and never got them. Had to go inside to ask for them but again had to wait for someone to speak English to me. Also returned side of avocado slices because there were only 3 small slices and they were rotten. When I went inside they looked very disorganized. There was food all over the floor and there were employees preparing food without gloves!
This has never happened to me before and I almost always buy there, they gave me raw UNCOOKED rice in the tropichop, they need to see what they do before giving it to customers.
I ordered yuca frita didn't check my order in the store and realized when I got home no yuca.
Always a pleasure to visit this store, friendly personal, best grilled chicken all around.
Not a good place to come back.
Advertising a churrasco and what they sell is rice with a very small piece of meat.
13 bucks for that.
Unscrupulous business and when I confronted the manager he didn't even want to listen to me.
Worst service ever! Rude as hell! 3 1/2 hrs for the 10 person meal because it was ordered online (without the option to cancel). They would not make it sooner even though there was no one in line. The person at the counter also refused to cancel the order. At least Customer service refunded me and was able to cancel the order. We'll never order or go there again! Nasty!
Very bad experience, I ordered from 8.26pm and it was ready at 9.28pm, the food was very little for so much packaging, I do not recommend this place.
The a la carte entrées are RIDICULOUSLY tiny. The pork is $7.19 for maybe 3 ounces. The fried yuca is $5.69 for 15 small pieces, making each piece 38 cents. The best part of the meal is the sauces.
