Don't bother ordering ahead they don't start your food until you get there. Then they said there was no ribs on the menu even though it was on the online order menu, and on the picture on their menu screen. Walked in 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and waited 30 minutes for my food. Not the first time either. This place needs New Management, and training for all of their staff and not just on how to do their jobs but how to interact with people.

It’s 7: 30pm the window says 11pm and the manager inside says he cannot run a register to take an inside order, and I can either use the drive thru or online… wth so freaking lazy
