I was expecting better food based on previous experiences on other locations. Chicken was dry and the rices was not that good.
This is a Cuba American restaurant, you will have broiled chicken here, with sudé dishes as you can have in the habana, the flavor is great, the price is even better, the only thing this is a crowded place and you will wait about 10 mins to get your order but believe me when i say it worths it
The Quesadilla salad is now half the size for the size price. C'mon people! Almost $8 for a salad that is now an appetizer? You guys are crazy!
Food was very good.the sauces are amazing whether on chicken or the ribs.usually pretty busy so expect a wait.
This place is the bomb dot com! Everyone is in Miami I have to go to Pollo Tropical. It’s the best fast food you can get.
Service was fast. Food delivery was fast too. Prices are reasonable. Missing stars are for food quality. Nothing Tropical about their Pollo.

The line moved pretty slowly to oder and the condiments section was not clean or stocked. But the food was hot and tasty.
Very disappointing visiting this site at dinner time 5: 30 PM on a Tuesday.: dried out chicken, no rice, no Curry mustard sauce in the building!

Good food, but if ordering take out, make sure to check your order before leaving the premises. They tend to forget to bag paid items. There are, however, nice people who knows how to take your orders; Christopher is one of them.

The food is usually good. The lines are usually long but if you order online they'll have your things ready before you get there. Their new mash potatoes are super good!
Good place if you love chicken of course, regular service, normal prices, if you are looking for an economic place there are better places, in general good and not overpriced
