Food tasty, but drive thru constantly gets orders wrong. We have to check food received and get it corrected.

If I could buy 0 I would. Never order through the pollo app from this store! I ordered 2 family meals one with brown rice and another with white, I got both of them with white rice. Plus I ordered a large plantain and yuca fried and didn’t receive either of them. I also ordered sauces and they didn’t put any. Whats the point of even ordering online when you’re order is going to be incomplete.

Bad experience food was over cooked and tough to chew. Waste of money. Some needs to check doneness of food had 1/4 chicken 2 scoops of rice and plantains. Terrible will not be eating here again.

Excellent food. The drive through gets very hectic at times for this reason. Staff is very helpful.

The dinner crowd came in and slowed things down for the cashier taking orders, however the manager opened a new register and began tackling orders. I didn't spend more than 3 minutes from the time i arrived to the time i had my food in hand

It's a bunch of young kids working there. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes just to get my food. When I got to the window 3 of the kids were just standing there joking around not caring that their lines were all the way out into the main road.

Was visiting from GA. Wish they had one near or in my city. Food was delicious abd the service was good

Chicken is a bit dry at times but the overall taste and price is good. The workers don't always seem very happy to be there.

Good quantity & quality to price ratio. As a Cuban I approve the rice! Can get a little busy after church, but this location has been a go to for several years. Unlimited garlic cilantro sauce. HELLLOOOO

Quick service, nice people, great chicken.they should bottle the cilantro sauce, I would definitely buy the bottle.

Food is amazing. Prices are a bit high and their customer service really sucks. But I still find myself coming there who knows y.

The restrooms were horrible af, piss was ALL OVER the floor, literal pools of pee. Gross, I lost my appetite & left.

I was at the polo tropical at 152 and 117 th ave. About 1: 00 in the afternoon. I went inside and ordered the classic chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken in the sandwich hard dry and not hot temperature wise. The fries were old and cold. Wow waste of time and money.

Drive through can be horrible, to a point the line goes out on 152nd street blocking traffic and causing a hazard. Very few issues with orders, chicken size on sandwiches can vary to a point that I question why they would put such a small piece on; I've seen sandwiches where one would have half the chicken that the others had. Salads are good here, fresh lettuce every time.

I walked in, there was one person in front of me. When he was done ordering the cashier caught my attention and I made my order and everything is fine, nice and delicious. Thank you

The only reason why I don't give it five stars it's because most of the time, the lines are quite long to get food.

Waiting in line 30 mins and there was no grilled chicken ready. Waited an additional 10 mins for my food to be done.

For a McDonald's lover, pollo tropical is a fresh experience for me. Especially their grill chicken, taste like Costco's.

Love Pollo Tropical! Very healthy and affordable lunches. The food is delicious and service is courteous. When the drive thru lane is full, they will send someone out to take your order to expedite service

If you wanna have a real meal visit this place by all means. Food is awesome and always fresh. You can choose from an excellent menu and will make no mistake ever! It is budget friendly and for sure will make you go there again! It is one of my favorite places!
