Pollo Tropical, Hialeah FL

Terrible experience. Did not get all I ordered and as it is drive through I just realized at home and no one answered the phone. Portions very little. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

They always get something wrong.if they don't forget something
They over cook the chicken or the fries and yuca are not freshly fried
And uneatable.

It's a shame

This place was horrible I ordered a tropic chop and they gave me half of plat it was disgusting had like three pieces of chicken in the whole tropi chop Would never come here again didn’t even have Coke

Theres nothing Express about this pollo tropical express, and that's in every sense of the word, it sucks and there extra slow

The worst I ever had no menu on the premises they don't understand what is combo you have to walk all to see the menu and they tell u walk to the drive tru for u to order

I love pollo tropical but this one is horrible. They are slow. You can take 30 min with only two cars waiting. They give preference to walk in, they mess up your order, and they always forget the salsas even though you ask. They have an I hate my job attitude.

Both my co worker and I went to this place to eat yesterday 7/31/2018. After eating my lunch my chin began to itch. I cleaned my face to see if the itching will stop but it got worse. When I arrived to work this morning my co worker had broken out with a rash on her neck, and I have a rash on my chin! Maybe the health department should take a look into this place. I will NEVER eat here again. First and last time.

This place can't get orders right and when they do get it right. Your is food badly prepared. Ordered 4 sandwiches and this what we got. When does melted cheese go on top of lettuce and under your chicken. They need to remove ALL managers and get new people in there. Also, this is NOT the first time.it's like no one cares how customers get their food at this Pollo Tropical.

Chicken is always good, service at express location very slow, no BBQ guava souce for my second visit

I love my chicken well well done. This is the only place I don't need to remind them that uncooked chicken will contain bacteria. Food is well done and great service

Really this is some delicious tasting chicken. Don't forget it's made on the grill as soon as you order. The family meals are delicious. And all the side dishes they have are very good.

Every time you go there have to check your chicken before start moving because you are gonna have a surprise at your home later, they chiken is gonna be dray and burned.

Ordered two chicken wraps and they were cold and burnt. Young kids in drive thru taking care of orders playing around. Food sucked never again at this location.

Lovely place to eat, very clean, the taste of the meal was perfect and tje staff very professional

The attitude I was greeted with was terrible, to start off. Then, I had to clarify to her a second time that I had ordered drinks, charged for them, and still was not handed them afterwards. Finally when I go home with my food, I see that multiple things I ordered had been missing, and the food I DID have in my bag was burnt, cold and hard. Worst fast good experience. Ever. Never going here again.

I have been to this establishment 4 times, and have eaten here once. Why? Because the other three times there was no chicken available. Pollo tropical with no pollo? It's completely horrible. The one time I was able to order food, it was a chicken breast and it was COLD! I tried to contact the company but the link didn't work so figured I would write a review here. It's frustrating that we have the convenience of this establishment and can not enjoy it.
