Pollo Tropical, Miami Beach FL

After going to Pollo Tropical many times FOR YEARS spending a lot of money I had one experience that was less than desirable. I reported it and I was told somebody would call me back so when they didn't I called again they said they would escalated that was two or three calls ago. I called again today and the woman said she could do nothing. Meaning she could not connect me to anybody could help me only take another stupid report and have nobody to get back to me. This business sucks

Ok so I pulled up twenty min before they closed and asked for what I wanted, unfortunately all they were serving was quarter and whole chickens which was not in the bracket of what I wanted.then Beatrice said we can make what I wanted happen. Beatrice was great, besides having a professional attitude she went out of her way to find a solution to an issue that was out of her hands. She made it happen! Big up to Beatrice, excellent customer service!

Service very slow.food preparation area Not clean.have visited many times in the past and lately past month service has declined.

THE WORST! Everytime I visit this restaurant, it is disastrous: crazy long line, food takes forever, order isn't correct. It's one of these or all of these every time. Today, 16 minutes to get a salad that had the beans I asked to be left off. It just gets worse with each visit.

The service offered was very slow. For example, I had to wait 12 minutes in line just to reach the cashier. Furthermore, There was a lack of condiments available. I had to wait at the counter to receive desired condiments. Some of the condiment containers in the dining area were empty.

Delicious food! Our first to go place when we are in town. Great alternative when having fast food but still in need of something "homemade".

Ok food and so so service. I have been going to this place for lunch for about 6 months at least twice a week seeing the same cashier and you would think that one would get a warm friendly greeting but NO. It is like ordering with a machine robotic with absolutely no personality.

Well the day of my visit to this Pollo Tropical was very busy inside. Besides the long wait in line our food was hot but not very tasty.

Suffered from food poisoning on 5/7/18 after having the romaine caesar salad. DO NOT order it as a side!

It took 25 minutes to go through the drive-thru line. It is ridiculous. Once you're in the line you can't get out. Slowest service I have ever seen.

Food is usually good. But it's the location and serving that make it questionable. Parking is atrocious and Beach Towing is relentless for towing in this area. Other than that this is a decent Pollo tropical. Some of the staff are pretty unfriendly but some are fabulous.
