Pollo Tropical, Boca Raton FL

I ordered a Tropi Chop small. The rice was completely under cooked. Chunks of hard rice reminds me of sand. I tried to call the store to just warn them they are selling under cooked rice but no answer. I clicked to give feed back and click option to place an order over the phone. No one answered.

I don't know why we've given this place multiple attempts. More often than not, the food is either incorrect, cold as ice, or missing half of the order. One of the worst run businesses I've ever dealt with. Other Pollos I've been to have been fine, but this location is horrible.

Was told there closed at 9pm in drive thru.how is it open till 11 and lady telling me there closed at 9: 15pm 2-9-21

Great Caribbean fast food. The only issue is what time you go because if you go out the wrong time they will not have what you want.

I just left the boca location. I ordered online. My order and payment were processed. When I went inside to get my order they informed they changed the hours and now close at 9. I never received the food I paid for. I’m not expecting word class service, but seriously? !

Served us then told us to leave, signs saying no in house dining weren't prominently posted.
We were pedestrians so had expected to eat on the premises.
VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Great place to grab a quick bite, however the drive-thru usually gets my order wrong. Besides that, really good food!

Their chicken didn’t have any taste, Bathroom didn’t have soap, tables are not leveled (keeps bouncing while you eat).

Very nice staff. Busy location with a terrible parking lot. Specials are changed often. Grilled chicken and steak with tons of options. Self serve sauce bar is there for you to spice up your entree.

Food was great. Had an issue with 1 of 2 register open yesterday while handling of a big order and waiting 10 mins before decision made to open 2nd register while customers were walking out of the line. They should have made that decision much earlier.

This place has the worst customer service. In several occasions I've been left waiting, given incomplete orders and treated with disrespect and condescending attitude. I would rather starve than deal with this again.

Best food! Delicious BBQ chicken! Enjoy the family meal deal. Like the curry sauce and all the great toppings you can add. Great rice and beans!

Discusting service after 9. Evening shift people are rude and missed out on most of my order. I had to dictate each and everything one by one. Slower then turtle. Dont go there i would say after 5.

Lady hardly speaks english, got our drive through ord3r wrong. Had to go in to get the sauce i forgit and i was told three times by employees to "hold on" and rudely told "wait" by another while i was waitung for them to give me sauce. I saw two employees standing around doing NOTHING after telling me to wait. Horrible service. Food tastes great but run horribly by horrible employees

I hate coming here just to write bad reviews but in this day of age, the technology is there to keep others informed about making a bad decision which can be avoided by simply driving a fee minutes up the street. I really enjoy Pollo Tropical.and if you do, avoid this location. Management was very tentative to everyone issues but for him having to respond to 10 different customers during my visit means he has bigger problems.

The citrus sandwich was great but they kept getting order wrong the poor lady at the front was treated badly because all the workers did not understand what they were reading on the screen. God bless the lady and i hope she smiles.

My favorite fast food chain in Florida, this location is always busy and always good. No need to exaggerate, it's the best grilled chicken in the universe.

Bad experience in this one. Dirty grease floor, more than 4 tables dirty with rests of food on it, chairs too. Curiously 3 waitress were seated at one table chatting loud and eating (like breake time) while some customers had to clean tables to be seat. This place looks like not body cares. Personally I won't come back here.

Great food! Customer service not so much.missing our drinks and had to ask for them.then had to go back to the counter because we were also missing a side and the guy just rolled his eyes like we were bothering him.

Grilled chicken, rice and beans. Many people have said the chain is over-rated. I can't speak to other locations, but even during a busy lunch hour my food here has always been good, hot, and what I would expect from a non-traditional fast food establishment. I've been going once a week and if the service and quality stay the same will continue to do so.
