Pollo Tropical, Coral Springs FL

This location is unreliable. I eat at Pollo Tropical often and use the drive thru at various locations including West Boca, Delray Beach, Coconut Creek and South Coral Springs. Those locations are great. This location on N University Drive is always the worst by far and has been bad for years. They mess up at least half the time. They leave the correct toppings like potato sticks and pickles off the sandwiches and add the wrong toppings on other sandwiches. I recently paid for delivery of 4 sandwiches and three of them were the wrong item. I took pictures of the three incorrect sandwiches and called their 800 number. Their representative took my info and said he would refund the 3 sandwiches. He lied! I never got the credit. This happened another time when they shorted me two items. Their customer service sucks and this location needs a visit from upper management.

I ordered on-line. Was informed it would be ready at 7: 19. I arrived at 7: 25. They told me that they were busy and my order would be available in 10 minutes. They then called me back and told me the desert I ordered was sold out. I asked them to credit my credit card. I was told they could not do it and gave me something I didn't want.
It was delivered to me without any napkins or forks.
I don't recommend this location.

Love pollo but employees are yelling and fighting behind the counter this morning

I had left 3 stars but updating to 1. This location is terrible at online orders. I placed my order over 20 minutes ago and still no one is making it. In person or drive thru everyone is getting served but not me. I had to say something twice before anything happened.

Wait was long.food was cold salty and smelled funny. I was very disappointed.only reason u got 1 star is because I couldn't give you zero.

Unbelievable, specifically asked if a specific item was in bag and the manager said yes. 3/4/2021

Terrible! I dont know where they find these cooks, but they over cook the chicken, under seasoned, the way they cut the chicken quarters look more like they were making jerk chicken, this place needs a total overhaul of the cooking staff.

They made us wait in the curbside pickup area for 15 mins. Then, they forgot our order and when we reminded the staff, they did not apologize. Very rude staff! Stay away from here!

Very good churrasco steak tropichops. Only sort of complaint is.had to eat it in the car, dining room closed. Probably for the best.

10 out of 10 orders always wrong. The worst Pollo Tropical I have ever ordered from and the most incompetent staff for any restaurant period!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Food tasty.
Problem was with their app which wouldn't open up with $5 reward, even for staff. Cashier gave full reward value anyway! Thoughtful service, they deserve rewards!

Beware of getting overcharged and mistakes in your order. Happened to me several times now. Cancelled!

Wait time in drive through is ridiculous, no dipping sauce with my food as requested and the food was bland. This used to be a "good new Pollo" but things have gone south.

Best Pollo in Coral Springs! They really know how to serve you fresh, quality food. The Wiles/441 pollo is terrible compared to this one. This store really does set the standard.

The lines do get long at times but it’s understandable as there are few take-out food areas around here.

I disagree with these people, chicken was juicy and I'm a veteran and they gave me a military discount which I didn't ask for one. And the employees were nice and friendly and the restaraunt was clean

Very unprofessional.they never have any plates.curry sauce etc the chicken is dry and they take along time to give you you're meal.

Today Sunday there’s no chicken at pollo tropical, I don’t get it. Is not the first time I find lack of management and customer service in this location.

Soooo slow.don’t know how to get multiple orders and serve them as they are ready. Worst workers ever!

Awesome as always. The food has always been fresh. The service has always been great. Super friendly, super quick. Eat here at least 4x a week when i am in town

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. The speaker was broken. Then they told us no chicken for an hour. Poor management.
