By far the best experience Ive had living in tallahassee. Maintenance especially is extremely fast and efficient and is usually there to solve whatever problem you have by the same day. The reception is always great and friendly. Free food Fridays and giveaways are also a huge plus. Would 100% recommend.

Overall great, awesome caring people who are always there for anything that you need. Even though things were not as expected upon arrival, things were quickly worked, replaced, and fixed!

I’ve lived here for three years and I love it! Recently was having issues with our AC unit and they were so helpful and quick with fixing it. Stephóne was really friendly and helpful.

Move in was easy and simple the floors have old paint splattered on the wooden floors but other than that it nice

Monica came by to check on us to see how things were going after we moved in and she was so understanding and helpful, she helped us put in any maintenance requests we had and so far any time we have an issue it’s addressed very quickly. Thank you Monica:)

While our first impression upon move in was not ideal, (seems the cleaners they employ are not particularly thorough), I am very pleased with their customer service and maintenance staff. They respond to maintenance requests almost immediately and have been responsive with all requests. Monica in the front office is very amicable and is always helpful when I need something. The 4x4 townhouse has plenty of living space for entertaining and the little back porch is lovely for my bird feeder.

So cozy! Was a little rough moving in but they fixed everything for us. Now we feel very at home and the pool is also so awesome! Front office people are also so sweet. If you're looking for a cute relatively cheap place near campus this is it for ya.

Move in was quick and easy, the amenities are nice and easily accessible, the front office staff are amazing and always nice. I really enjoy living here.

The place is really nice, my room is very spacious and it’s a good distance away from campus. The only issue I’ve had so far is my toilet makes a weird noise but other than that I’m loving it so far.

It’s good Tallahassee housing for the price. The front office is attentive and answers questions.
