The hygienist (Maria) is excellent! However, the front desk receptionist today is very inept! (Thursday, (02/16/23) I was never greeted, or acknowledged when I entered the office. There was only one person in the waiting room when I arrived. This is unacceptable!

11/22 - Great experience
12/22 - Finished pulling all my top teeth plus 1 bone graft. So far the my dentist has been great. The dental assistances are amazing very comforting during the procedures. I still have half my bottoms for extraction and about 6 implants in the top then semi- permanent uppers and lowers will update.

The Dr & dental hygenist are two of the best i have been to in my 65 years, I had alot of work done and for what was done it was pretty painless, the hygenist is though. I highly recommend Polo dentistry!

Worst place ever. I was in pain the whole time due to the negligence of the dentist. She used the wrong (cheaper) novacaine, tho I was yelled at and at fault. The fees they charge are ridicules and are not needed or covered by my insurance.

I made a review awhile back for this place because they push it on you for a discount, and I was excited to get my oral hygiene in check and after going to another dentist they did my my scaling and root planing for each toothin my first visit polo dental only took X-rays each time I went and I never received any type of cleaning and it went on for years maybe i wouldn’t have to need as much work done if they weren’t so crooked always get a second opinion don’t just stick to the same one every six months this place obviously didn’t care about my dental hygiene!

The practice was prompt and respectful of my time and my appointment. Treatment was professional and very fairly priced. These words are coming from someone who rarely if ever has kind words to say for a dental practice.

Competent, courteous, and fairly priced service. I was in on time, out with a better mouthful of teeth, and covered by my insurance. No unexpected charges, nice people, solid dentistry and, in my case, periodontics. Refreshing to be able to give a provider 5 stars these days.

My favorite office. Attentive, caring, thorough and affordable. They always take of me and make sure that everything is going well.

This dentist is a scam. Was told by my insurance company I was entitled to a free cleaning and Polo Dental was under the plan. I made an appointment for a free cleaning and they charged me $190 without ever telling me about any other cost. They said they had to do an "upgraded" cleaning. This is a total scam people. Don't use this dentist. They are misleading and do what they want. Despite talking to the front desk multiple times when making & confirming the appointment that is was for a free cleaning, they didn't do that. And they don't care about you.

I wish I could give this company a zero star they are unprofessional and tacky not sure why they are still in business. Their staff in the front is horrible especially the guy who takes appointment he is the worst I would not want him to be the face of my company.

Love this dentist. Dr Page Schreiber is the kindest and most gentle dentist l have meet. 5 stars and a must to go to for your dental needs.

Dr. Steven Gronn and his staff are the best. I brought my 3 yr old with me and his front desk staff took really great care of my son. She even gave him her phone to watch coco melon when his tablet died. Dr. Steven is quick, efficient, and he explains everything that he is doing to your mouth while doing it. I love polo dental.

I would recommend, I had a great visit there, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I normally have anxiety, but the Dr.made me feel calm and did a great job.

This is the biggest joke of a dentist. Please save yourself the trouble. This place is not worth it. Go somewhere else.

6 months ago I had an appointment for a filling. An hour after my appointment time they call me to the counter to tell me they have been trying to call me they need to cancel my appointment. I said excuse I've been signed and waiting for almost 2 hours (I was early) how is my appointment cancelled now. You haven't called me at all. They tried to schedule me 2 weeks later. I told them that was unacceptable. I took off work to be here. After lots of arguing I was able to come in the next morning.
Decided I would never come here again and find a new dentist.
Earlier this week they call me to schedule a cleaning. Okay. They're being proactive maybe they changed here. I get the option of anytime between 2 and 5. And I said my appointment can be at 5? And the guy said yes. You're confirmed for 5. Today I show up at 420. And the receptionist is telling me my appointment is at 4. And I told her no its at 5. She tries to confirm with someone on her computer that is was for 5. But now eveyone is gone for the day. So I can't even get my teeth cleaned. I'm just going to find another dentist. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

Dr just canceled my appt. Text said he won't be in the office. Praise God! I see He was looking out for me after our first experience in the office. So many things went wrong for us and others while we were there, I don't even know where to begin.
I'm just so very grateful that hubby and I didn't return to let them do any work on our mouths.
After reading these reviews, we will be finding a new office.

Do not waste your time coming to this office.i had an appointment and the office was closed.when i call, they say the doctor has covid? Why wasn’t i called for the cancellation? Wasted my time for absolutely no reason.

Since October 5th 2021after getting xrays, I have been waiting for my dental plan which was to be email to me, I have called numerous times and been told they will email it to me, still nothing as if I don't exist, no followup appointment, nothing. If you don't want to serve me at least let me know.

Office manager always in a yelling match with the clients for mistakes she had made and being inconsistent and inconsiderate. The call center reps info is literally always contradictory to that of the offices and that only if you can get through. I literally called 20 times back to back with zero answer today. Admin staff disgusting with the absolute best dentists. Which ducks because I will be withdrawing both my daughters and myself from the office n taking our business else where
