Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Orlando FL

Manager Sayd Wakas doesn’t respect customers, rejected to follow their own markdown price tag. I wish I could give zero stars. Won’t recommend this scam place. Manager behaves like Polo Ralph Lauren is a cheap scam store.

Beautifully organized and clean store. Great customer service. Everyone is friendly and happy to assist. Evelyn was very helpful in finding sizes and items. Natasha at cash register was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely come back to shop here again…and again.

I visited this location first time and the store is huge you can literally get lost in here. The are separate sections for men women and kids. I didn’t find the outlet prices though. I like Ralph Lauren anyways but some of the stuff I find a little overpriced for the quality.

Bought my son a shirt at one of the other locations. When he took it out of the bag, he discovered a rip in the shirt. We brought it here to exchange it. Carlos took very good care of us.

The prices are actually marked up, they cover the regular price with a sticker and sometimes you can peel it off to reveal the lower regular price. Almost every item in there has a marked up sticker placed over the regular retail price. I shop at RL often, they barely ever offer any sales here either. The outlet in New York has extremely better prices (that says a lot if NY is cheaper).

A nice selection in regular sizes, great customer service but didn't have any big/tall for my guy or I would have given 5 stars.

Discounted prices along with an email coupon and you can't go wrong here. Clothes are more classic style and less trendy. Which I prefer. No issues finding my size (large), and styles. You will always look good in Ralph Lauren clothing because of the classic designs.

Bad service even worse from the manager. They do not care about you if you only carry one or two pieces. You need to have a 500 dollar purchase for the to treat you as a client. I'm unsubscribing all my accounts and holding on buying Polo for a while.

Went here recently to check things out and hopefully less traffic. A lot less people than usual right now because of the virus and it made finding a parking space easy which usually isnt the case. When I went in everything was 30% off. They also had an in store code you could text to for an additional 20% off that day. It made everything 50% off. Collared shirts normally around $70 to $80 were only $35 to $40. T Shirts normally $30 to $50 were only $15 to $25 dollars. Anything they dont have in your size they will find in another store and ship it to your home free of charge. Make sure you look for the testable coupons I the store and you can do very well.

Although very busy, always, this does seem to be a good outlet shop. The displays are constantly refreshed and are well laid out in an interesting way, and there’s genuine bargains here too!

Update: There's one in north Jersey that does custom in house also.

This store is one of only two stores in the world that you can order & pick up custom Polos. I was totally surprised by this as I'm used to ordering online. All of the online custom designs aren't available but it's still a great option.

Really nice outlet, it loses a star mark because of the perfume/aftershave spraying team that launch themselves in your direction if you happen to make eye contact.

Great place to get great discounts on Polo Wear, the store is big and they have plenty to choose from, I would give a 5 but they will need to have more cashiers when is busy.

This store is amazing! I will never shop for Polo at Macy’s again. Everything was marked 40% off and they also have an additional 20% off if you sign up with your email address currently. T-shirt’s that would be $39 each were only $14. So many good clothing pieces! I spent almost $400 and could’ve easily went above and beyond $1k.they have that much!
