POM MRI & Radiology Center of Plantation

I cant get them to send the results of my X-Ray to my doctor. They put me on hold for over an hour and then hang up on me. When I was there, they said they would send the image results to my Dr, they never did. I have called them several times over the last few days with no results.

Wait was long (90 min).
Technician was very good and helpful. Would go to another location next time

I’ve been trying to call for the past two days (during their business hours) to schedule an appointment… they have you hold for 30 minutes and then put you onto a voicemail. Pretty sure their policy is to just ignore all calls? It’s super frustrating as the MRI I need is time-sensitive and they are one of the only places that will do this particular MRI that also takes my insurance. I will update my review when (if?) I can actually get a hold of a real person.

This was the cleanest and nicest Radiology center I have ever been to (and I’ve unfortunately been to many) The outside looked very sketchy not going to lie but once inside it was amazingly clean and just all around so nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. As long as I live anywhere remotely close to south Florida I will not ever use any other place for any type of service that POM provides. I would absolutely recommend 100%

Pom Mri Plantation provided me with excellent service. The staff treated me well and they answered all my questions. They were prompt, and provided great customer service.

Horrible place - they make you show early
Charge you a 2.9percent card fee and they do not honor appointment times - get ready to wait …. So far here over almost an hour and NOT seen! Beware - I will never come here again

Jennifer, Nana and Neph greet you warmly in front. Even when busy they are very patient and kind. Adrian is friendly and humorous as he walks you through the MRI process. The very astute report made from the MRI had my doctors understand perfectly my condition. Then they were able to guide me which activities to do and not do. A number of doctors after the MRI could design which therapies or prescriptions were the way to go. On top of that, it is a welcoming safe atmosphere at POM in Plantation.

I recommend this facility for X-rays, mammograms and ultrasound. The scheduling staff and technicians are kind and helpful. I have been coming here for several years for different kinds of imaging. Thank you

Poor service, I was put on hold for over 1hour in order to reschedule my appointment. I couldn’t speak to a representative in the long run. I’m searching for another center for future mammograms.

Worst. Worst. Worst.
Administrative, Billing and Reporting team is worst.
Billing department never picks up the phone or call back. I called 10 times still waiting to resolve the issue.
I received the report after a month, not sure why so much delay, they don't even care. Though I had my patient id, account id and biling receipt from POM MRI, their team was still not able to find the patient details.
If you are expecting any refund, then forget it that you will receive soon.
After 2 months of continuous follow up, they finally told me that I will get my refund via zelle in 2 days.
It is now more than 2 weeks still not received my refund.
Also their voice mailbox is always full, though you manage to leave the voice mail, they do not call you. I never received such worst service anywhere in the world.

POM MRI PLANTATION IS MY GO TO PLACE WHEN I NEED AN MRI, CT SCAN, etc. I have been using this facility since 2018. The staff is very professional, kind & caring.

I have been going to Pomi Mri Sunrise for years. The experience is always good. The facility is very clean and the workers are awesome.

The MRI machine was maintained and calibrated regularly to ensure that it is functioning optimally and the staff was friendly and responded to all my needs as required

I’ve been visiting this location for over a year. The staff is always friendly and professional. The office, and bathrooms are clean and there is always coffee available.

Excellent experience, all staff was courteous and professional always with a big smile. Highly recommend this location!
