After 3 separate phone calls and a couple of emails, not only was I NOT successful in scheduling important screening and diagnostic tests, I learned that the doctor's authorization I emailed to them (per their request) wasn't even received.

It's not a good feeling to email sensitive medical information to a business only for it to “disappear" into the internet somewhere. I like what another reviewer suggested about staff taking professional ethics courses as part of their development. I would add to that great idea that while most staff do the best they can, the owners and management of this service will have to prioritize an audit of their current practices and then make the needed improvements for the future.

It’s scary enough to need testing to figure out what’s making you sick or hurt in the first place. Getting the right test as soon as possible can relieve the pressure and maybe even save your life.

I give them one star to be able to comment, they don't even deserve one. I've been trying to get them to pick up my call for an appointment for 2 hours and nothing, very bad attention. Another very important aspect is the room where you have to change to put on your robe, and there's no security, it's the same for men than for women and without insurance I already went through an event where a man saw me naked because he opened suddenly and the door has the lock broken, total impudence with so many people who go to that center

We can always find people willing to carry out their work professionally and humanely, thanks to the staff and mainly to NATALY for such responsible and efficient help.

A lousy place, inside the consulting rooms you can hear the conversations of the fromdesk staff, all the staff yell in the corridors, they do not speak in a low voice, there is a lot of disagreement with the appoimets and their schedules, I recommend Professional Ethics courses for everyone staff, it's a shame to be in a place like this
