Move in was great once I got to be able to get to the point in the process to sign the papers. The leading up to signing the papers seemed to take forever and was told each week it might be the next week. But happy to be where be and my son wanted to be at.

Good location, good maintenance team and a much better staff in the office now. While living here 5 years, front gate not working has been an ongoing issue. Several street lights have been out which is a safety issue. Getto and white trash mixed in but that is every where.

This is a great place to live, feel like a home! Anything that goes wrong, it gets fixed right away with no delay! Great service! People here are so friendly!

New office staff have taken over and they’re much better. We’ve also had new maintenance staff for about a year or so and they’ve been a huge improvement. They take good care of the grounds and keep it nice looking. However, your energy bill will be really high due to shoddy/non energy efficient construction done on the buildings. Mold/mildew on and around the windows and in the air ducts is always an issue. We’re building a house and will be moving out in the next couple months and it can’t happen quick enough!

We had an excellent experience with moving into our unit. Sue and her staff are excellent. Sue took her time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered and made us feel very welcomed. She was awesome to work with. Looking forward to being a part of the community.

Our pest control always does a good and thorough job. Always on time and a nice person. Highly recommend.

Maintenance fixed toilet in a timely manner. They did a great job and their crew personnel are professional and nice, even cleaned up after completing the job!

Work order was handled the next day. Gentleman handled quickly and told me it would take several hours for ice to be made - which I promptly forgot. So after about an hour and there was no ice, I was thinking now what? Then I remembered what he told me and sure enough later on that evening I had ice. Only one problem - he didn't bring any ice cream! LOL. THANKS VERY MUCH.

Absolute worst experience ever. I recently purchased a new home and had to break my lease, I did it the legal way and went in and spoke with the women in the office about what I needed to do to get out of my lease legally. I was told no worries that I would just have to pay for the final month, which was paid through September 30th, and pay two extra months rent for breaking it early. No problem, until after I had moved into my new home in mid September, I was slowly moving everything out when I got a call on September 18th that they had gone into my apartment by mistake and to not be alarmed if things were moved around. When I went there the next day to move more of my things I found many things missing and other things thrown in trash bags. I immediately contacted Cecelia in the office and asked her where my things were. She then admitted that someone had gone in thinking that the apartment needed to be cleaned out and she wasn’t aware that they had removed anything. I was missing computers with my child’s baby photos on them, all her stuffed toys since she was born, clothing had been thrown away, and many other things. I had some boxes partially packed and things were removed from them, but somethings were left in there. It was very weird, like they went through my things took what they wanted and left what they thought was junk. I filed a police report, and talked to the office for what would be done. Cecelia assured me that she was not in the business of screwing people over. Long story short three months later I’ve received my full deposit back and they waived the fee that I would’ve been charged to move out. I was told I would get a credit of $750 to replace all of the things that were thrown away by mistake. I am now fighting to get that $750, and have been told by Cecilia that Ponce Harbor has been sold and is no longer managed by Larimar. I’ve been given another persons email, who I am supposed to contact to continue to try and get my money that is owed to me. This place is so unprofessional. The maintenance crew is who they sent in that day, and I believe they stole my things and didn’t really throw them away. They were hired by labor ready, and are hired off the street with no background checks, and given keys to your apartment! I am so glad that I wasn’t still living there and that my daughter wasn’t home alone when these people walked in. Save yourself the heart ache and keep your family and belongings safe by renting from someone else! I do not recommend Ponce Harbor to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly staff. LOVE my view, “On Ponce Harbor Pond”. LOVE swimming laps at the pool.

Worst experience ever, our shower broke way before the COVID-19 pandemic and never came and fixed it till the last moment when they took out all the pieces of the shower and made it even harder to shower. Maintenance is terrible so if you're going to live here you're going to have to buy and fix stuff yourself. I wouldn't recommend living here at all so go live somewhere else while you can. OVERPRICED BILLS that cost more than an actual house. OH, I can't wait to leave this place

It is a good place to live, its tranquility and nature make it unique, its apartments on the second floor are very spacious with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and dining room, parking spaces and a car wash.the only thing that doesn't have an order is your garbage room.
