LADY WAS VERY RUDE, ASKED TO SPEAK TO OWNER AND SAYS NO WAY. LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AND NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. I BROUGHT IN 3 PACKAGES WITH A PRE PAID FEDEX LABEL AND SAID THERE WOULD BE A FEE AND CHARGED ME $5, $3, $1 DEPENDING ON SIZE JUST SO FEDEX COULD PICK THEM UP. TO BAD BECAUSE I WOULD OF USED THEM QUITE A BIT. I HAD NO CHOICE SO I THREW DOWN A $10 AND WALKED OUT LEAVING MY CHANGE AS THEY SEEMED TO NEED IT MORE THAN I DID. NOT SURE HOW THEY WILL STAY IN BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN!

They don't carry stamps they have meter stamps they charged me. 79 a letter they RIPPED ME OFF. NEVER GO BACK!

The service is terrible they refuse to ship my package with prepaid label. I have to go to metro parkway.this people don't care about costumers

This is the worst place to ship your mail, they are the most racist people that I have EVER met. I always sell things online and ship them there and not once I had a problem but today this one time that I come in speaking Spanish to my mother the service was horrible, and they made me pay extra money for a new box and a new label. Also made me build the box and tape everything than they told me the tape is not that one, but of course to the white woman behind me they did all for her taped everything and even said happy holidays. From now on I will go to ups or the post office because they are so racist and rude

Got ok service, pulled me ahead in line w a pre-pay label, no extra charges. But the stupidest parking lot I've ever seen, ONE entrance/exit and tight for a large vehicle.
