I had an eye emergency and was able to see Dr. Garg the same day. I went to her office with a lot of unknowns and fears, and her demeanor was calming and I could tell she really cared about helping me. Everyone I encountered in her office was patient and helpful. Dr. Garg was kind and informative about every step of the process. If you’re new to the area or looking for a new provider, her expertise and bedside manner are unmatched. I will be a patient for life!

GREAT experience from Kelly at the reception desk, to Sade (such a sweetie) with the preliminary testing, and then a GRAND SLAM landing with Dr. Pooja Garg! After being tossed around by other "medical providers, " it was refreshing and greatly appreciated to find a medical team who were courteous and shared a genuine concern for their patients. Not only is their customer service superior in every way, but their performance was FLAWLESS! I had a diagnosis in half the time of another "retina specialist" (who left me blowing in the wind after over 3 hours of poor treatment just to tell me to come back for more tests in a week). Dr. Garg not only displayed exceptional knowledge in her field but also took the time to explain my condition to me in words that I could understand. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! After having such a terrible experience at another office and a hard time finding a new place, I can't say enough "THANK YOU" to the entire team.you guys did GREAT!

I came to see Dr Garg after having seen 2 other Eye Doctors for cataract surgery. Office is gorgeous, staff is very accommodating and Dr Garg is an outstanding Doctor, explains in detail your condition, pleasant, approachable, easy to talk too, has the best bedside manner, and a personality to round it all together. Very pleased with my surgery and highly recommend Dr Garg.

Dr. Pooja Garg is so, so nice, she took care of my husband yesterday and did laser surgery right there and then, he had a partially detached retina which she said if he waited through the weekend it would have completely detached (this was a Thursday), ugh, scary stuff. Any flashing lights that you see, don’t wait. Also, thank you to Irene at the same office for getting my husband in the same day I called. Amazing office and staff. I have been under the care of Dr Garg for torn retina in both eyes. First saw her about 6 months ago. She and her staff certainly deserve the multiple 5 star ratings. She has really helped me through a difficult time. She responded immediately on a Saturday when I thought I had a new tear. Her staff has done an excellent job of fitting me in last minute emergencies. She is kind and empathetic. Her staff responsive. We are lucky to have her in our community.

Just got done seeing Dr. Pooja Garg (Retina Specialist in Coconut Creek) and she was amazing! Went to an optometrist 5/30/22 and he recommended I see a Retina Specialist asap. I was nervous as anyone would be when it comes to a medical concern with ones eyes. She was caring and took as much time as was needed to set my mind at ease. She explained what was going on and showed me comparisons with a 'normal' retina as compared to mine. Thank you Dr. Garg for your wonderful bedside manner. Kelly in the office was great too!

My first visit was a surprisingly pleasant one. The front desk lady Kelly was extremely patient and very helpful processing the paper work. The eye testing is very thorough and not as stressful as I expected. Meeting with Dr. Garg was a good experience. She was very straight forth and explained everything I needed to followthru with. All in all I would highly recommend the office of Dr. Garg to anyone in need of a great quality Eye Doctor.

I m writing this in behalf of my wife Tammy, She had eye problem, Dr. Pooja get a lot patience to check her eyes, DrPooja checked very careful, after then she said my wife needs to lazer to kill the bateri.

Dr. Garg is AMAZING. She takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed through your appointment. She genuinely cares about your well being and makes sure that you are comfortable during your exam. I would 100% recommend her.

Dr Garg is the best Retina Eye Specialist in Broward County! This lady, and her staff members are all amazing and very professional. I honestly can say I love them all. My daughter walked into Dr Garg office for eye treatments, and was treated like family. Dr Garg and her staff made us feel so confident that we were in good hands and everything would be okay. Today I went to see Dr. Garg to have my eyes checked due to vision blurring. The office is very clean, her assistant is bilingual and has a great attitude. The Dr was extremely detailed and explained my issues in great details. I definitely will go back to see Dr. Garg for all my vision issues. I was referred to Dr. Pooja with the most irritating eye problem. Upon entry Suzie seemed to understand that I was in severe pain and helped me the best that she could. They addressed my eye issue, contacted my other doctor and set up a plan of action that worked. I have never been to a doctor where they called me just to ask me how I am doing. I get reminders about appointments and the fact that one of them comes in with the address makes it so much easier to get a ride to the office.
I LOVE these ladies, this office and all that they have done for me. I can’t wait to heal so that I can just share my story with everyone.

I rarely go out of my way to post recommendations simply because so few care professionals go out of their way to focus on you. With most, you need to conform to them. Dr. Garg is a throw back to a time long ago. She takes a very special care to make your experience in her world a pleasant one for you. She listened. Yep, that’s what I said, she listened. Next, she explained. Not just told, no she explained. She took the time to make the experience very positive. And her patient centric demeanor permeated the entire support staff. She took care of my Mom like no other. We highly recommend Dr. Garg.

Dr Garg is very nice. She was very informative. She checked my eyes and was very gentle. I enjoyed speaking to her and she answered all of my questions. I will see her again and I have referred her to my friends. We need more doctors like her.
