Since 1999 we have been using Mark's services. He is decent, honest and NOT RUDE at all, he simply speaks proper English and gives you straight answers in a very secure manner as becomes someone who is a top specialist.

THE BEST pool store and service provider all around. We would not seek anyone else. He will never take advantage of you. Extremely HIGHLY recommended!

I’ve been using Mark now these past 10 years. Prior to that I had a pool service that constantly kept raising their prices, just for chemicals. Since switching to Mark, I’ve NEVER looked back! His vast knowledge of the pool industry is amazing. I find him convenient, Honest, and spot on with keeping my pool pristine. I see many times how he interacts with other customers while waiting my turn. He’s a stand up owner. If I could give him 10stars I would, but since 5 is the max….

Mark is always helpful great prices and sells everything I've ever needed to pick up. After reading some of these reviews, I am shocked that people said he was rude. Been there at all hours and yes sometimes he is tired but at the end of my work day I am too and he's still great!

I guess Mark is still closed on Sundays and works on a limited weekend schedule. Last time he would not honor my coupon. He is abrupt as others have noted. Not worth the aggravation and limited hours. Tiny pool store with limited supplies.

Best Pool Store in Weston. Has more stock then any other pool supply store in the area. Always available to help and give advise. Owner Mark is available Mon-Sat all day so can’t ask for anything better then that especially since he is the one that is always there

Mark's ability to problem solve a pool issue I had was impressive. He's very knowledgeable, competent, and professional. I know I'm in good hands maintaining my pool myself under his direction.

I have been in this store the past week and not one employee was wearing a mask! On top of that, Mark-who claims he is the owner- was so rude to me when I asked him about a certain chemical for my pool. He acted as if he could not be bothered to help me-A PAYING CUSTOMER. I will never set foot in this place again. Rude employees and a nasty experience overall.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Mark, the Owner is very rude to his customers. I went in to buy a 2.5 gallon of chlorine for my pool. He refused to sell to me. He said I needed a CPO license to purchase any chemicals. A license to buy for my personal pool? I have never heard of that.
If you can find any other place to go for your pool needs, I would.

Very rude guy! I called today at around 12: 30 pm to ask if they sold Pool Panels and he sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. He was too busy focused, that he was closing at 1: 30 and cannot give me full details. I asked my sister to call him before he closed just to see if he would give her more information and again he was rude. He told my sister, do you know what day of the week it is? I’m about to close and don’t do online orders at this time. How do he expect to get new customers, being so rude. All he had to say was, my apologies I’m about to close. Can you call me tomorrow? Defiantly I will not be calling him back or recommend anyone too him.

His customer service is one of the worst I have experienced.
