Pool Cleaning for Captiva

I can't believe how thorough the initial cleaning went. It was fantastic. I've had my pool cleaned by a few different services - no one has cleaned it as well as they have. I love agility and commitment.

Only been there a couple times so far but Mason seems knowledgeable and he did not sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need, and I appreciate that cause he could have easily.

They did a beautiful project refinishing our pool with.pebble tech finish. We even enjoyed watching them work! The steps took a true artist to get them perfect. The guys were professional and left clean after they were finished.terrifc experience.

They have been servicing my pool and spa for over 20 years. Best in the business. They are proactive about notifying me of issues. When there are issues, they endorse the best fix, not necessarily the most expensive fix. The serviceman shows up week at his normal time.

Woody arrived out the day I contacted and did the troubleshooting on two equipment problems. When the parts arrived, his team came out and took care of All my equipment is back in service and my pool looks great. I was pleased at how well this was handled.

Greyson at West Coast Pools was outstanding; Not only was he able to fit me in on short notice but they showed up when promised, communicated with us about what was wrong with our equipment and repaired it.
