I am Community Associations Manager and I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely amazing the team is over at Pool Kings. I have managed a few communities and have always had issues with my pool vendors but never have I had any issues with this company, in fact, they always go above and beyond their scope of work and continue to exceed my expectations. Cliff is the best at what he does, he is the most knowledgeable pool tech I have ever met and does the best job whenever it comes to any repairs needed. If he doesn't know the answer to whatever weird issue we are having with our pool, he will spend hours researching it until he does. He is straightforward, dedicated and passionate about he does and it shows. Renee is who answers the phones and she is just incredible. I cannot begin to tell you how she saved me so much time and energy regarding issues that don't even apply to the pool maintenance. Her communication cannot be matched, she calls me before I can call her every time. She may not be the one cleaning or repairing any pool problems but still has the upmost knowledge on anything pool related. My job is stressful enough and these guys make it so much easier for me. I will always always always recommend their services to my fellow Managers. I don't think there is a better Pool and fountain company in South Florida. Pool Kings is simply the best there is.

I can't say enough good things about Pool Kings and the tech that services our pool, Kevin. This is the first pool that I've owned and with that comes a ton of questions. Kevin is always willing to take the time to help me answer any questions I have and most importantly leaves my pool looking like a million bucks. Pool Kings of Palm Beach did a perfect job of curing my newly replastered pool, which means they took care of treating the pool for the first 30 days. Not only did they brush the walls and floor, treat the water with the right amount and type of chemicals, and did this 3 times a week for four weeks on time every time, they also communicated with me every step of the way by phone and by email. They’re the most professional and high quality pool maintenance team that I know. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs perfect quality pool maintenance work with a very professional team.

I just changed pool services within the last 3 months and I am very impressed with the front end customer service from Renee- she answers every email and phone call with the upmost professionalism. I recently had a pool leak and Cliff took care of this like it was his own home- from explaining it all to his very detailed clean up after the job was complete. These guys will come out to tend to every big and little question or problem with no hesitation. They have gone above and beyond to help even with pool light issues and timer questions. They patiently show me how to do things. Their weekly reports and keeping me aware if I need to add water or fix things is so great cause I would never pay attention to that stuff. They teach me all about the mechanics of a pool and repeat things often. I feel like I can drive them crazy sometimes but they are so patient and nice no matter what. They manage my clubhouse pool too so I know they are great and my friends love them too and referred me. The same pool tech comes everytime too so I know who I am dealing with. Truth be told, I don’t know much about they’re pool services here at Pool Kings. But I will say that they have one of the most sweetest, amazing, helpful employees here. I am sad that I was not able to get his name, but yesterday afternoon while at a local Publix, I went with my mom to inflate my birthday balloons. And when coming out I guess the produce worker did not tie the balloons tight enough and my #1 balloon flew up. But got caught in a palm tree. My mom and I brains scrambling on what to do. We had not purchased balloons from Publix, only brought them there to inflate. Then this gentleman approaches us asking if we need help, that he has his pool cleaning equipment, his net he can use to grab it. At first we said no thank you, thinking that an publix employee could help us. (Unsure with publix employees idea) He walked inside but then immediately came back out and said, I can help. He went to his truck, another stranger seeing the event taking place decided to be a helpful hand and offered his assistance holding another pole while the pool king employee had the net. With one try he scooped up my balloon and all I can say is that this employee saved my 21st Birthday!?

20 year old pool heater started leaking. Pool Kings did a great job removing the defective unit, 220 wiring, repaired leaking PVC pipe and carted away the unit at a great price. They are also my pool cleaners and do excellent work.

Pool kings is the way to go. Once they service your pool you will not be pleased by any other company. I tried many companies before I found pool Kings. It’s safe to say they are the best. They go above and beyond for their customers.
