They used to be very good. Now they are a bunch of unprofessional children trying to operate a business. Terrible service. I have spent probably 6K on equipment from them and can't get any service. Just some smart mouth brat.

This company is the best pool service company I've ever had. They are professional, thorough and a real pleasure. Tim at the office is very accommodating and my pool technician does an outstanding job and is always very pleasant. After each visit, they send you before and after photos showing everything they did!
They are fantastic and highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

I was dealing with green water, so I stopped in to get advice from them. They sold me what I needed to recover my pool, after a couple of visits I have crystal clear water again. They are very knowledgeable and they are straight forward.

I love pool medic. I work with the on on County line in Springhill and out of all the authorized Hayward vendors. They were the only one's willing to help me, were courteous, came out that day and was the cheapest for labor. They always are willing to help me straighten out my chemicals. I just love them. Way better courtesy and service than Pinch a penny.

Pool vacuum broke, manufacturer recommended sending it here to fix, got it fixed and then they added something that threw off the balance, didn't call back went and got it back after so so long and it still isn't working. Even though they said that it was fine.

The service was average, but they are known to skip a week out of the month. The gatekeeper is cold and speaks fast and condescending.

Great people. Awesome help. Care about you and your spa/pool and always seem to have the answer to any issue.

I work with alot of Pool companies as a CAM, but I really like this one. What sets them apart is Kolleen! She's wonderful and always quick to respond, schedule, and submit proposals. The techs do a good job, especially since they started sending reports. I really like that added feature for their service plan.

After being recommended by one of my friends i thought i would give them a try as we was having problems with our pool pump.
Marty came out as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it sorted in less than an hour, well done guys

We had our pool services because the pump was not working, turned out to be a fuse. The problem was, he never turned the beaker back on, we had no idea, so we called someone else. At $120 for a service call, it wasn't worth it.

I always get my pool supplies here, and they just replaced my old filter with a new one, in 1 day! Way more informed and less expensive than punch a penny.
