1 I came into the store to buy salt for a portable hot tub not knowing much about water and chemicals and the nice young lady sold me $70 of bromine instead of salt when I tried to put this into the hot tub the instructions told me strictly that it was salt only so I came back to the store for a refund…
she and the owner were both very rude, did not offer to refund nor give me a credit and told me that all sales are final.
There was no sign noting no returns or all sales final as I pointed out and showed them that none of the chemicals were opened and were still sealed!
This is when I was directed to my receipt that I received AFTER PURCHASE that said all sales on chemicals are final. What a scam!
avoid this place at all costs and go down the street to a real store called Leslies
