This company was very professional when the was going through the process of selling & building my pool in 2020, but once it was completed they were so unprofessional in responding to calls about repairing several problems that I had. After over 50 emails and 150 calls and even having to travel 1.5 hours to the office and bang on the door that they keep locked, was I able to get Franky to come and look at the Jandy salt sensor that continuously cracked because the electrician did not set up the pump correctly where it would cut off. After the sensor was repaired, I was promised that an electrician would come within a weeks time. That was January 2023, well it’s March & I am still waiting! No phone, email, or text responses. I am now going to go through the courts to have my pool fixed and complain about the unprofessional behavior of the company! It’s sad because at one time they were reputable!
