Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Jacksonville FL

I ordered some foods from here last night 03/23/21. The mashed potato was really hot n good the biscuit was good too the drink was full of ice n the 3 pieces of chicken was raw n hard to chew, it made me stomach ache. I don’t recommend this restaurant fast food. Jacksonville Florida.

Took way too long to get our food and when we got home and opened up our order we only were given 4 of our 6 biscuits.

Set in line for 10 minutes not one car moved this place is rude and trashy and they want $15 an hour.

Was not greeted at drive thru. Lady took my order and didn't asked about drink nor suggested any other items from the menu. Outside of restaurant needs general cleaning.

The lobby was closed due to short staffing but the employees took the extra effort to accommodate me per my vehicle cannot go through the drive-through I was in a large commercial truck I was able to get my chicken sandwich and I'm very happy.

Stayed in drive thru for twenty minutes at menu board before they acknowledged me. Then they had no biscuits and had to place my order at drive thru window. Very poor service.

I don't think I've had one good time trying to order from a popeyes online and I unfortunately can't make it out and did not have anything to make myself. Order from this one on grubhub an hour or so ahead, enough time that other companies can handle but a popeye's apparently can't do it in the 3 times I've done so. It's always late and in the case of this popeyes they delay and then cancel. Never mind that apparently everybody else orders regular and gets spicy and we order spicy and get regular. This company is just a troll without any brains. You can't get the order when you make it and when you do it's never right.

So the food took so long the employee was very disrespectful to my parents just a chicken sandwich 3 of them it took 1 hour to get ready but the food is good

Great staff customer service. Very impressed, didn't expect it, the chicken was also better than other location! Whomever runs this is doing a great job today:)

Fast, friendly service. The Wicked Shrimp is overated. Stick with the regular whole shrimp if you have a shrimp craving

The best customer service and fresh food I've ever had there didn't catch the cashier's name and it's not on the receipt on the bottom of the receipt number 146 - 1097 look it up Popeyes you need to give that girl a raise

Very worried about my mask. All while they have their noses out and water is leaking from the ceiling onto the food stations. Mold everywhere on the AC vent areas. Food was good, and I am sure they love telling people that they need to wear a mask to get service. Put some power in their hands and watch them go! Trashy service!

Just not New Orleans brought 10pc box just because I wanted the chicken fresh out grease I was given all backs.

Service was good. They were busy. It was a comparison test between Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and Popeyes. IMHO Wendy's definitely wins.

The service suck the manager was very rude they did not have the shrimp they advertised and I had to wait longer than I should this was on Atlantic Boulevard and Arlington

GREAT JOB GUYS! Pushing out Delivery orders & Moving that Drive-Thru line!
I am a delivery driver and it means a lot for everyone to flow so well! (5Stars) I’ve been delivering since this morning and this place has been fast

CHICKEN WAS COLD! TOOK IT BACK GOT MILD, IT WAS COLD ALSO! THEN, ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD AN EXPECTOR EXPECTING THE CHICKEN! THEY ALL NEEDED A WRITE UP!

After waiting so long our order was incomplete, french fries were cold and sprite was flat. The best item was the apple pie.

I love their chicken sandwich, but the one I got from this store was so small that I had tio tear off half of the bun to see it and eat it. It's like they cut the breasts in half.
