Great service, great food. We ordered the $25 sandwich pack and an extra side and it was perfect for our family of five!

Drive thru service is horrible. Cashier takes one order at a time. Then have the nerve to tell you pull back and come foward to reset their time clock. Stop going there and go down the street to the new chick and steal place food is great and quick service.

TOOK 30 minutes just to get to the drive thru window … Ordered a family meal.and a wing combo…. Got all the way home realized they never gave me the drink to the combo… then never even gave me biscuits to the family meal.why pay all this money when you can’t even make sure you putting the right things in the bags! Too many ghetto females trying to rush with attitudes and not enough customer service with accurate food!

This was the first time I have eaten at Popeyes. We got the family pack $25 included 4 chicken sandwiches, 4 chicken tenders and large family size fries. All were delicious! We will return.

Worst service ever, waited 25 minutes to order, then spent 30.00 and asked for 2 Honey mustard and was told it would cost me. 60 cents. Please pass this Popeyes up.if you are out of town.

So being from Louisiana. I have a bit of a bias toward Popeyes. It's been almost two years since I've had that buttery biscuit and lip smacking chicken goodness. The pros: food was very hot even after waiting over fifteen minutes in line and then taking another twenty minutes to get home. Workers were polite as they could be given they are severely understaffed at this location.
The cons: my God, who planned the parking lot/drive thru? Absolute chaos if you are near the back of the line. I wasn't told what wasn't available until I was paying for my meal, which yea. Kind of unfortunate after waiting for so long. Everything seemed kind of underflavored.

I get the manager specials they're great yeah well yeah but I'll see you well that's what they're saying it's bad

Popeyes was terrible 3 of us bought there today and none of us liked it. The fries were cold the chicken was dry. We will never eat there again.

S.low.service! There were two customers ahead if me in line, plenty of cooked chicken, yet it took nearly thirty minutes to get my order of an 8 piece meal. Employees seemed to be wandering in circles, and not filling orders. Not sure what was going on, but there were a number of disgruntled customers waiting for orders. This is my second visit to this Popeye's location; both awful experiences. I love the chicken, but I will find a different store.

This place is poorly managed. I waited 35
Minutes for a 16 piece meal. Chicken was ready to be boxed but they didn’t have enough sides made. There is normally one cashier taking orders but yet no one is boxing and bagging orders. The order que constantly gets backed up and employees show no sense of urgency. This store needs a complete overhaul of employees from the management down. John the assistant manager working showed no sense of compassion for me waiting close to 40 minutes! Unbelievable!

Love the food but they have no concept of how to work.took over 30 minutes and I was the 3rd person in line. They are so slow. Girl at the register was more worried about drive thru than what her job was.the register not drive thru

Super excellent! Wish I had taken pictures to post. Nice clean place and Sue the manager working the register was amazing! Even came to the table to see how everything was and brought us extra sauces. Great winning team there.

The staff, especially the manager needs to show more appreciation to it's customers. The managers can be abrupt, unpleasant, and condescending. It's truly sad because this location is too have very nice and patient staff. Although the food is great, If the customer service doesn't improve, this location profits will suffer. Starting with me!

It was very helpful and detailed in the fastest way to go and I'm gonna be using it as often as I can.

Update July 12th 2018 thursday, chicken wasnt done so we had to wait, the manager and girl was so nice. The only two I like in the whole popeyes. Everyone else is grouchy. Food was fresh we waited long enough though, it gained a star in this updated rating.but if you go through drive thru check your food before leaving

These restaurant ladies and gentlemen are very professional and they make sure your food is hot and the service is just marvelous. I had a wonderful experience at this PopEyes Chicken.

That was my second time in my life having it. It was actually pretty good, I ordered that manager special thingy. It's actually a good deal if you want a good amount of food I will feel you I believe it came with a drink if I'm remembering correctly. The price was good as well. I would say that i would definitely go back.

Food was amazing, service was very lacking. I understand this was during the soft opening of a new location so I will rotate after going there in a month or so. Staff was very friendly, just needed more training.

Visited this place at 9: 05 pm I pulled up to the drive threw tonight and the girl was very rude rushing us to order the receipt says tahbatha well she needs to learn professionally how to deal with customers why have a job if u have attuides it's not professional or pretty then I asked for Cajun rice they gavee mashed potatoes instead I will never go back to this place if I want Popeyes I will visit the location on military trail cause this one is to ghetto

This place top notch.left my wallet thier.went back two hours later, they had it, with all my money
