Their biscuits are always burnt! Ugh.
I have to go to Fort. Pierce or the Popeyes by 95 in Vero just to get a in biscuit. Makes no sense! Yal have to do better.

Poor, out of things alot.order at drive thru.then u have to repeat it because they aren't paying attention.rude, no smile no thank u.just disappointing.how bout cleaning the drive thru window glass this year.

Food was good and hot. The service was fast. The only issue was that they had no breast meat and said there wasn't going to be any. So out order was completely wrong.

I ordered 3 pc all white meat, was charged for it and yet I got 2 small wings with coating and no meat and a very small breast. Was given tarter sauce instead of cocktail sauce for my shrimp. Only one car in front of me yet I waited 25 minutes in drive thru line. But I'm supposed to be grateful because the employee at least showed up to work.

Eh. Customer service subpar. Employees look like they need to find a new job, not friendly.they seemed like they were robots, very odd.

Mac N cheese taste a little like chemicals.

I went to this Popeyes location for lunch and I ordered a family meal +2 drinks and an extra side of coleslaw -the total was $42. I asked the girl at the front if she could get me some ranch and she tells me it’s $. 25 for each dipping sauce. I explain I just ordered $42 worth of chicken that I also had to wait 20 minutes to receive because this location always runs out of chicken. She said no you have to pay $. 25. Then after we wait for 20 minutes for the chicken it’s so hot that it burns your mouth. Don’t waste your time going here it’s a dump! Close it down and put a KFC!

I came to this particular Popeyes on Sunday. And again on Tuesday. The food was hot and tasty. The customer service was excellent. I suggested for the manager and her crew to go to Titusville to help our Popeyes here. Kudos to the managers and staff at this location.

Love the mashed potatoes. The middle aged African American lady who works the drive thru often is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I keep coming back because of her. She provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is hit or miss, sometimes you get so so service other times I've been told they don't have any chicken? It's a dang chicken restaurant!

My food, a 3 piece tender meal was perfectly cooked, hot, and juicy. I love their Mac and cheese. The line moved quickly and the staff was very friendly.

I was told the lobby was closed at 9: 30. The site says it is open until 10. The manager Alize was rude in telling me that I couldn't get the spicy chicken that I had already paid for online. She told me that I had to take mild or cancel the order. They also said that I couldn't get the desserts I had paid for because they had stopped selling them, although they are still on the drive through menu. I have never been here before and I will never come back. I think I might call their cooperate office on this. I am a restaurant manager and I am completely baffled at my treatment here. Save yourself the frustration and go someplace else.

Not sure what the issue is with this company but seems like always something. Ordered one spicy meal one not but neither marked so we had to guess.and got the sides wrong even though the employee repeted what I ordered. 2 stars because the chicken was good.

Food was good, but the employee taking my order charged me $11.99 for 2 can dine special and then shows me the coupon for $9.99 and says she couldn't give me that price. To top it off, they charged me $3.29 to add a large drink. McDonald's sells there large drinks for $1 and some locations $1.79.so I spent over $16.00 dollars for lunch.

The food was good chicken was nice and crispy. Mac and cheese was wonderful and the sweet tea so good. The only problem the cashier took my receipt and trash it before even offering it to me.

I want this place to succeed and not go out of business. Problem is it takes 30-45 min to get my order. Employees are very slow and are in no rush for the customer. Advice for the owners. Employees need to be retrained or fired if they can not make customers meal in 10 min max

The manager 'REFUSED' to give me mayo on the side in a small cup. After a 8 min discussion with other employees n offering to even pay for it, finally got it. Then after getting in my car, my order was wrong!
At this point, I didn't bother to go back in. It was only 1 sandwich!

Same as every other Popeyes. Takes forever, the order is wrong, and the food is hit or miss. This time it was good, so it gets 3 stars instead of 1.

Went there yesterday and got a family meal and the young lady Alize was very pleasant and patient. Food was fresh as well!

Inside the establishment I Ordered a dozen of chicken nuggets which takes about 8 minutes to cook at 12: 16 PM I did not receive my order until 12: 37 PM and I never received a receipt for my purchase. I'm disappointed in the amount of time it took for my order.and maybe I wanted to do the online questionaire but I can't because I was never given my receipt. I asked the cashier Terry for my receipt and said he could not find it.
