Atmosphere? Have only used drive through.
I've mostly eaten the ghost wings. Delicious.

Entire lobby dirty, no cup lids or straws or napkins. Employee belongings spread around lobby like a living room. Woman who took our order (no name as I received no receipt) was very unprofessional and rude, her phone was more important than customers in front of her. Proceeded by her rolling her eyes and scoffing as I asked for napkins to wipe my own table to sit. Then waited 25 min for food that was sub-par. Drive a long ways to come to a Popeyes but will not return to this location.

This location recently failed to give me one of my meals, totaling about $12. When I called to request a refund, they recognized that my food was sitting right in front of them on the counter and didn’t make it in my bag, but told me I had to come in person for a refund, which I couldn’t do because I was traveling. When I suggested that there must be some other way for me to get my money back, the manager raised his voice and spoke over me as if I were being unreasonable. So Popeyes kept my food AND my $12. Do not go here.

As a side note, the manager who treated me poorly and refused any feasible means of rectifying the issue was the same employee who forgot to bag part of my meal. You’d think he’d feel a bit more personal embarrassment over the mistake, and a bit more motivated to fix it.

Doors locked to the dining room at 730pm on a Saturday.
Manager very rude and short
Didn’t have what was ordered on mobile app.
Couldn’t offer a cash refund from order.
The part of the order they did have was cold, the small fry had literally seven fries in the bag.
Had to ask twice for the red beans and rice.

Un-edible over $30 for scraps chicken fingers were un edible as they were just hard crust of no meat fingers. Mac n cheese barely had over a regular spoonful mashed pot n gravy was good other than that everything was bad really bad cold and not able to chew.horrible the last couple times I went I was hoping for something different? No friendly people horrible service horrible food paid too much for not even half attempt to make edible. Never again

I walked in and the manager stormed passed me cursing under his breath and lock the door so no one else could come in, right in the face of a couple walking up. After standing there for about 15 minutes without even being acknowledged I left and went to Zaxbys and was greeted right away but very helpful and happy employees. Yall should try hiring some of those.

Nothing changed tried the Ghost Pepper wings absolutely nothing and I mean nothing was special! Bland tasting hot wings with pepper seasoning. WOW!

I love the food but there service is always lacking. Out of sweet tea, forgot to put the requested sauces in the back. Had to wait 10 minutes for food I wanted to "drop". I never seem to have a pleasant customer service experience at Popeyes.

Their fried chicken is always spot on. Hot, fresh & juicy. The chicken strips are some of the best around. And the red beans & rice, mashed potatoes & biscuits are always consistently good.

The chicken was dry like it was left under the lamps too long, and the sandwich was the same and top bun burnt. The Mac and cheese also lousy.
NEVER AGAIN! I'll take my appetite elsewhere
Hate that chicken from Popeyes

Arrived at at 10: 00am, not open like they are supposed to. I waited 15 minutes still not open. I called to see when they would be open, as I stood outside, no answer.

Me and my boyfriend Stopped at the Popeyes to get some food and although there were 2 African males working they were doing a good job! We didn’t rush of course we understood thankyou for your service!

I come here for food and the people who work here act like i’m inconveniencing them just by being there.the employees hate their job and take it out on the customers.they’ll also charge you 4$ for a cup of water

My experience at Popeyes. The chicken spicy sandwich was good, not great. It was fresh, but there was too much spice sauce on the sandwich.

Hands down the worst Popeyes around. I was told that they weren’t going to make any more chicken and sides. I put in a mobile order and no one bothered to call. Plus the employees were worthless. 10/10 don’t recommend.

This restaurant used to be great. I'd drive further to go to this location because it was routinely better than the orange park location. The last few times (over the last 6 months) have been awful. Tonight I spent almost $50 to feed the family and everything but the regular chicken was cold/old. It was so bad 90% of it got thrown away. The staff was entirely uninspired, they acted like I was bugging them just being there. This will be the last trip to this location. The food is way too expensive to be this consistently awful.

Placed a mobile order and when we showed up they told us it wasn’t ready because they weren’t making anymore chicken. Didn’t even bother to call us or message us to let us know not to come.
