If I could give 0 stars I would! I have given this particular Popeyes SEVERAL chances to get my orders right. I have never received a correct order. The customer service sucks! Tonight I patiently waited 30 minutes for dark meat after being told it would take 15 minutes. When I received the order it was all breast, wings, and a few drumsticks. When asked if there was a way to fix the order, I was told by the rude cook that he's not making the order again. This is my last time ordering from here and I'll be sure to contact corporate!

Ask for some extra thighs and I was told it would be a 15 min wait. Theyd have to drop them. Seriously? So if somebody comes behind and gets a meal and it has thighs it would be 15, sucked. Service like that is bad. I've never been told this before. Garbage. Very unhappy and I'm sad this is my local Popeyes.

Wanted to get nuggets but they were out and they were also out of strips. We did go an hour before closing but other then that, the biscuits and mashed potatoes are tasty.

Just disappointed at the level of customer service, set in my car for 40 minutes waiting for my order, walked in to find it just sitting there. The driver thru attendant on 10/22 around 6: 30 pm didn't even apologize for behavior. She just stood there enjoying her drink like nothing was wrong. I'm less than a mile from this store, but I will never go again.

This place has got to do better. They used to be great about 6 months ago. But today we went in for dinner and we're utterly disgusted. Tables were not cleaned, garbage overflowing and even thrown on the floor. Staff was so disorganized that people were getting there food after half an hour. It's so nasty to sit in there and eat. We will never eat in there again.

Ordered lunch for delivery and was missing more than HALF my order! I tried calling the restaurant to inquire and the line has been busy for over an hour each time I called! No one answers the phone! I’m very upset about not getting what I paid for! Spent too much money for the food and delivery to not get it!

One of the most clean Popeye's I've visited! Super clean! I wish I remembered the gentleman at the register who took our order! Super cool dude! Loved it there!

Little to no communication between cooks and prep, wait times were extremely long though staffing was more than adequate. Food was good though!

Nice for a wannabe Churches fried Chicken. Prices aren't Churches Fried Chicken either.

Have no respect for delivery drivers time they will make you wait for hours just to give there customers on site there food until they have no one left

We got popcorn shrimp that was so hard it was inedible and sour red beans and rice. Absolutely disgusting and they wouldn't answer the phone when we called to complain. What a disgrace. Keep driving. Don't stop. Not worth the money you pay.

Disappointed ️. Paid 2.99 for fries. I received 14 fries. Thats about $0.20 a fry. Sandwich was cold and greasy.

The general manager was great.he was willing to replace my lunch.the frozen strawberry lemonade wasn't even Frozen or even cold and came barely even chilled.that's a safety issue.the popcorn shrimp there wasn't many shrimp in there and there were a lot of overcooked bread pieces.the way Uber eats handle this is nothing short of ridiculous.after contacting them they were not willing to do anything and that's when I called and spoke to management at the Popeyes.the Uber eats driver should have noticed that the lemonade was not frozen and fixed it there.that is on her. I thought the GM handled it very well at Popeyes. I will be ending my relationship with Uber eats.they should have called the store but they didn't lift one finger to do anything. After trying the second drink that was supposed to be a diet Pepsi there was no ice. So apparently I was delivered two very old drinks. That is a safety and bacterial issue. The picture is of the frozen lemonade which you can see is not frozen at all and completely melted. My order from Uber eats arrived less than 22 minutes after placing my order through the app so apparently this was an old drink.
