The staff very professional friendly but lack of cleanliness the chairs? Sticky of the grease the tables not to mention the dirty bathrooms and the food a little cold the potatoes with unpleasant flavor of burnt fat

I love popeyes but unfortunately this establishment has gotten worse over the years. Lots of attitude from entitled employees that curse loudly at each with little regard to children around them. I won't be coming here again.

Good and fast service. Close to other restaurants in walking distance and not far from local public transportation busway 184th st. Dropoff pickup stop.

Whoever is over this Popeyes needs to teach some of the staff how customer service goes. I don’t care how you feel the customer is right. Without the customers there will be no business. Would give a zero star if possible! Do better! Rudeness is not good!

Felt like spicy/cajun chicken, so I stopped by the Popeyes at US 1 and SW 184 ST. I bought a regular chicken sandwich, small fries, and ice water. Price was $9.50! Yes, baically 10 bucks for just a sandwich and small fries. The sandwich was only ok, nothing to brag about. My wife got the dirty rice - Price $6.50! Please, a small bowl of dirty rice $6.50. She told me it wasn't very good. Total cost for this visit around $20! My advice is skip this overpriced, low quality fast food and save your money!

Food is Good Service The Worst! Can't even get a Mobile Order Right! Or out Fast when No one is Drive-thru

Those people must learn to.count and identify the.pieces, and put the right amount in the.orders, if it says 3 tights and 2 breast, why they add 5 thighs and not breast? And on top they don't answer the phone

Rude employees. Didn’t want to give me drinking cups for water. Bought a family meal. Popeyes customer service main number said I was entitled to drinking cups. They wanted to give me cups you eat macaroni in. This is a raunchy place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Well I was waiting in line, the cashier was serving someone else. She sneezed into her hand and wiped her face with her shirt. When I got up to the register, I asked her if she could please wash her hands. She got insulted, salty, and told me straight out she didn’t sneeze into her hand, but sneezed into her shirt. I told her this didn’t matter and I needed someone else to serve my food. She went to complain to another worker, mimicking herself sneezing into her shirt. Only then did she wash her hands. I asked her, “why are you washing your hands now if you didn’t do anything wrong? ”.

I was utterly disgusted. The next day, I called and spoke to a manager. The best she could do was offer me free chicken. I was flabbergasted and said I didn’t want any of this. The first thing she should’ve said was she would reprimand her staff member!

I will never, ever visit here again.

You want the absolute WORST spicy chicken sandwhich you have ever tasted that's literally all breading folded on top of itself. Go here.

Dear lady, if you don't want to work, please leave space for someone else. Half an hour before closing time they were not able to prepare my order (I was trying to pick up onsite, pre-ordered and pre-paid), nor even try to help me cancelling it. The lady on the speaker was really rude. It's not my fault you don't want to work here.

Had to beg to give them my order nobody knew what they were doing it was the most unorganised fast food place I've ever been in

The worst service.
1. Ordered food for 1 person
2. Was told it was 7.15 which turned out to be more. No problem, I’ll pay the amount but the woman at the window was soooo rude telling me I was wrong she never said 7.15 (although 3 of us in the car heard 7.15) she was arguing with me as I pulled away. Rude and inappropriate! Never again will I visit that location. 184 and US1, Miami.

Chicken is good
But "inside eating" is not possible
We / our clothing smelled like french Fries after ordering inside, so sitting down, NO!
