Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Belle Glade FL

I love their food. I just wish they'd bring back the old school sides like the chicken and sausage jambalaya, the shrimp and sausage gumbo, and of course their etouffee. Here's to hoping and praying!

I rated my last visit a 3. This visit was much better. The service was faster and the atmosphere much better.

No line waiting. The atmosphere was great and the waitress was very kind. My food was fresh and delicious

Never in my history of Popeyes chicken have I ever been served that fast.

I like popeyes but the workers at Belle Glade Fl popeyes some of them look like keep up alot of drama

Stopped here so my wife could get something to eat during our trip from Miami back to Kissimmee. She said they where so polite and respectful. She ordered a frozen strawberry drink with her meal but it spilled in the car.and guess what? They gave her another one free of charge. Thank you to all the workers that night I appreciate you.

One lady at the counter attitude has a nasty attitude.customer service is horrible here u need to close down because your employees definitely the lady at the counter has a horrible attitude.just ignored me and my moblie order. I will just go to Kfc where they no how to treat people!

I love that chicken from Popeyes but sometimes the service can leave a bad taste in your mouth. I was recently in the drive through at my local Popeyes and I was told to pull up (not uncommon for the area) and that my food will be out shortly. Almost 8 minutes later my food comes I check the bag and I asked the woman who was their that I didn't get any dipping sauce she turned around with the wrong attitude and said she was working drive through and if I wanted them I would need to come inside.

Small town with delicious fried chicken. We waited a bit longer than usual but enjoyed every bite. Staff could be more conscious of their interpersonal skills.

Unprofessional, order was wrong, food missing and they took 14 mins to get my order that wasn't right and missing items

This is the WORST RESTAURANT EVER. They are rude, always out of half the menu, and do not focus on customer service. If the food wasn't so good, I wouldn't bother going here. Every time I come there is a problem. If they are not out of something, then they are backed up and very slow, forget multiple items you order, or just totally disrespect you to your face. This store is so bad that I've been in they're multiple times when the manager closes the dining room because he, "DON'T WANNA DEAL WITH NO MESS FROM NO CUSTOMERS IN HIS FACE! " I used to manage the Popeyes in Raleigh, NC and we would DIE before we run the restaurant like they do here in BG.

Every time I go there the food is always cold and the staff is always rude. The manager has no patience and professionalism he curses in front of staff and customers.

Popeyes should be ashame of themselves.didn't have barely any drinks.so they couldn't help me but to tell me drink water.but I payed for a drink not water

My husband and I love Popeye's chicken. If I'm going to have chicken, I very much prefer Popeye's. It's always tasty and crisp. It's never salty. It could be a little more spicy.

The service and cashiers are always friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. This is a great place to eat.

Really like Popeyes. But on this vist the chicken was awful. Over cooked, like they fried it twice. On the edge of tasting burnt and super greasy.

Staff treated myself and my co workers different then other customers. We are white folks and the other customers were non white.
We ate there different times this past week and noticed it both times. The food is good and the orders are prepared fast. Other then not receiving the hospitality like others had received everything was good.

Chicken tastes good. But, this particular location is a chicken restaurant that frequently runs out of chicken.

The shrimp I ordered for lunch was perfect and very tasty, all with the quality that they represent.

Worst customer service experience ever, 2 family meals, a 45 min delay, some places have employee shortages but this kitchen was fully staffed, i must say that I tried to be as polite as possible but was received by unacceptable attitude from manager and employees, not to mention that I was not the only upset customer, this was not my first time, this was my 3 try ordering online for food, and once again it was a total failure.
