Worst popeyes i’ve ever been to. Always slow, they’re usually out of all your favorites on any given day and don’t try to compensate. Also, had to cancel an uber eats order after an hour of waiting because their system was down. Horrible service, would not come here if it was the last Popeye’s in Florida

Dining room is closed. There should be no reason why they cannot have it open. There must be like 30 cars in the drive thru line, all waiting just to order. There's an employee sitting down on the inside, and another employee was about to let us in, but the other employee sitting down told him not to.

I do not recommend this location

Ordered the 3 pc combo and although food is always up to standard the service here is awful. Employees always seem like they would rather be somewhere else. I understand working isn’t fun however when working your representing the company and their attitude makes me want to choose another place. Also for the last 3 times I’ve been here they refused to give me a receipt? I’ve told them many times that it is illegal for them not to provide a receipt when asked for and employees just look at me like I am annoying them.

Btw they close earlier than the time posted here due to staffing shortage. This part is not a complaint lol just letting you people know.

Original sandwich gives Chic-Filet a good run for the money - both price and taste/size. The tenders & shrimp are WAY overpriced so the toss on a small ("regular") side, biscuit and drink. Won't get that again. But if it's Sunday and you're hankerin' for a real good chicken sandwich, Popeyes is a very good next resort.

The worst "fast food" experience. Place an order online? 30 minute wait. Go inside & order? 30 minute wait. Drive thru? 30 minute wait. Your order is never correct. There is always something missing. Food is tasty, this particular location however is atrocious.

You cannot go inside to order or sit down. It is closed and no one will answer the phone. I wanted to just ask if it was going to change soon. 10/30/2021 at 2: 15 in the afternoon.
I would go to another location.

Worst run establishment. Today because of poor management the lobby was closed and the drive thru line extended into the neighboring Taco Bell.waited 5 mins and then left. Three strikes and never again. This store needs a management overhaul. Perfect example of a poorly run business.

This location now has a new manager Maggie, she's Haitian:) and doing a great job! I came in right at 10pm not even realizing they were closed and she still served me. I was honestly surprised and very happy because I've never had service like this before at this location. It's been very bad in the past which always required me to check and double check all items ordered from this location but with Maggie as the manager I do believe this location can do better!

I hope this will continue to improve with Maggie, she's hardworking and leading her team! Thanks again for the pleasant surprise we don't really get that a lot of this these days so when it happens I write a review to remind people.

The food was fine but the service was so slow. I waited 20 minutes to get my food and I only got chicken breast. Two other customers came in from drive thru because they got the wrong order and one was missing something

They don’t got no type of customer service skill young man getting mad with me because he’s playing around instead of taking my order saying he can’t hear me and I’m yelling in the mic sat by the speaker waiting for my food for a hour because everybody playing having a good time

My boyfriend ordered his meal online and I went to pick it up for him. The sealed the bag I did not think twice to see what the order was. When I got home they gave him the wrong side. They need to read the tickets better. This sadly is not the first time this has happened to us.

Never done a review but this is just unprofessional. First of all I had to wait forever to even order just to find out there was no medium chicken then to find a roach In my Beignet is just plain out nasty. I will never go to this place again. The roach was very well hidden in the powder sugar like it's been there for a while, I wonder how many more roaches they have in that place disgusting. If I could put zero stars I definitely would, I do not recommend this place. I also called them multiple times and nobody picks up the phone. Nobody should eat from here this is a health hazard

Horrible service. The wait is an hour long. Whether you go inside or outside it doesn’t make a difference. I just don’t understand why is there only one person as a cashier and two people in the kitchen. I’ve never been so disappointed and dissatisfied before ever in a fast food place. Literally the absolute worst Popeyes to go too thus far.

Chicken Sandwich is the absolute BEST! Service at this location is slow and orders not always accurate. But if you can get the Classic Chicken Sandwich when it’s fresh, you’ll know what all the hype is about!

The hype is real. Popeye’s spicy chick sand is better than Chick-fil-A… I said it. I don’t say it easily—Chick-fil-A is one of the GOATs—but it needs to be said.

Cane sugar lemonade is ridiculously good too.

The food is great if they have what you want. I got there couple of times and they never have shrimp then they changed it for something else after you pay for the shrimp. And it's supposed to be a fast food drive thru but the usual wait time is 30 minutes. Be patient.

The Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich is still #1 out doing McDonald, Chick-fil-A and everyone else. The 4 stars is for the sandwich and the spicy fried chicken. And the cajun rice is also good but it's discontinued.

For this location, I do get annoyed that we have to wait 15-20 every time we want the spicy fried chicken instead of the regular. And they always forget the honey for the biscuit.

I typically don’t write 1 star reviews but the experience I just had was absolutely horrible. I waited 45 min in the drive thru and most of it was waiting after already placing my order. All the cars behind me left but I already ordered so I waited. The employee at the window was disrespectful and apparently got into it with someone inside and quit on the spot. I was asked 4 different times what my order was. I just wanted a chicken sandwich. A nice young man stepped in and helped out even offering some chocolate beignets to smooth it over which was appreciated but the damage was done. Never will I go back to that Popeyes. There needs to be new management and employees and they need to redo their processes and systems because this was a clear indication that this store is dysfunctional. Great food, atrocious service with no regard and care towards customers.
