New managers, new attitudes!
I was greeted by a fun crew that was working, talking with customers, everyone was getting along, and the manager, Janie, was visible and was checking and helping in stations she was fluidly moving in and out of.

Crispy and Tasty. I have eaten at this Popeyes multiple times. It's my opinion Popeyes is underrated. I would much rather eat here than KFC, Burger King, Wendys or McDonald's. Yes it's decor is not as fancy. The food tastes better in the staff are nicer.

I have only ONE thing to say about Popeyes chicken and this particular branch. Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, Spicy. I need say no more. Best chicken sandwich in town!

Lady at the drive thru was very hateful and got mad after we said that we would wait 10 minutes for our chicken sandwichs. Then there was people in the back behind the building smoking pot.

Waited inside with several other upset customers for our orders. Manager was getting comments and didn't seem to care or even try to speed up. Workers complaining about customers, and food once I finally got it wasn't even hot and not as good as in the past. Won't go back here.

On 6/15/23 Thursday night.the restaurant had lots of flies swarming in the restaurant and landing on the chicken! A big, black guy that cooks saw the fly land on the chicken.he proceeded to put the chicken in the box! They were serving this chicken in Drive thru and the poor customers didn't know what was going in the restaurant with the flies. The customer service is horrible at this restaurant! I would not go to this restaurant.

Ordered two sandwiches and 1 three peice chicken. We got one sandwich with two top buns and the other with two bottom buns and 2 two peice chicken meals.

Well Popeyes is good but waiting at the drive thru was way to long employees are friendly except 1 or 2 Managers are cool

Ordered door dash last night. It was so disgusting. I got so sick and vomited.wont be coming back.

Customer service representative had a nasty attitude when I asked why I was charged an upcharge for white meat. I had ordered a chicken breast and a leg, upon arriving home I found that I had two breasts, not what I ordered. I probably wouldn't have been charged an upcharge if they had gotten my order correct.

Was giving popeyes another chance after previous bad experience. Hasn't changed waited 10 15 min in line. Had no sandwiches of any kind. Changed order to chicken ordered white meat got dark meat, with spoiled coleslaw. Wanted lemon blueberry pie only had apple. Had to wait another 15 min for the pie. Not worth trying again.

I only buy the chicken sandwiches here. The last few times I bought chicken it was not cooked all the way. Usually the service is wonderful!

Drive-thru window wasn't working. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. My chicken sandwich was horrible.over cooked & dry. Could only get about two bites from it then had to just throw out. They had like 10 people working there but it was still not enough. No one seems to know what is going on in there. They were out of so many things. Not sure who runs that place but they need to get that place in order. Everyone was nice but that ain't what I go somewhere for.

Went thru to drive thru. It says it’s broke on sign, even though they tell me through the intercom that it’s broke, go to walk in, it’s currently 9: 08. The doors are locked and hours of operation on door at store and Google say 10: 00. The lady comes out and says they aren’t serving food anymore. Worst service ever whoever owns this store should be embarrassed. Manager should be fired Terrible service

Between the recent change to their chicken & the fact that this location doesn't give you half the food you pay for, I wouldn't recommend it even if you were dying of starvation. Definitely don't waste money here.

They're okay when you walk in and wait on you and the food is great although I do say the drive-thru is not too good.

I waited 30 minutes for a lunch order. The staff is so rude when I went in to ask about my order.
